Each participant is responsible for booking themselves - please use the supplied reservation (booking) form. Field Trip Application of different forms of coppice management in the broadleaved-dominated forests surrounding the city of Bucharest Location: different coppice forests managed by the Giurgiu County Branch of Romanian Forest Administration-ROMSILVA. 3 Reimbursement To be reimbursed, you must: 1) have accepted and filled out the e-cost Online Travel Reimbursement Request (OTRR), uploading all necessary documents 2) Signed the participants list for each day you are present 3) Printed, signed and given/sent the TRR to Alicia If you already have everything by the meeting, please print it then and give it to Alicia, rather than sending it later. The instructions for the OTRR can be found in e-cost and here: *** If you are travelling from (or returning to) a country other than the country of your institution, special rules apply! Inform Alicia asap if this is the case. *** If you are travelling by car, read the manual carefully! Travel Airport to Hotel The closest airport is Aeroportul International Henri Coanda (Henri Coanda Bucharest- Otopeni Airport). There are basically two options to reach the hotel: Option 1 - take BUS 783 to University Station (Piata Universitatii)! 5 min walk to hotel. 3
