Proudly named as Lemon Tree Hotel, Katra, the hotel gave a grand welcome to its first guests last month. 3 A 100 reasons to smile. Last month, RFHHY successfully achieved 100% occupancy for 100 consecutive days. The team at RFHHY has never been more excited and looks forward to beat their own record in the times ahead. It is also to be noted that last year the hotel achieved a similar feat in July when they were sold out for consecutively 30 days. We congratulate them and wish them more milestones in the future. 13 RFHJP hosted the annual Functional Excellence Program for the Housekeeping Department. The Housekeeping Executives from all the hotels met and discussed the agenda for the forthcoming year and also celebrated the success of the last year. Variety of activities and fun games were organized to give them a break from work. LTPHY1 organised a Motivational Training Session for 20 specially-abled staff from all three hotels of the Hyderabad region. Mr. Kesav Maliya volunteered to deliver a session on Guest Service Vision. He looks forward to conduct more sessions in the next month.
