9 DESIGN THEME The resort theme principles consist of the key elements that demanding international destination guests are seeking: - Sustainable Design - Immersive Experience - Eco-Adventure - Creative Environment Rain Tunnel Lobby Entrance This feature at the entrance to the 5 Star Hotel lobby will be a memorable experience that immediately immerses the guest in the tropical environment, as well as showcases innovative technology that says this is a special place RAIN TUNNEL LOBBY ENTRANCE Natural Materials & Simple Design Responding to local conditions and available materials, our design theme will be one of simple forms & lush landscape The architecture will be human scale with clean simple lines, accented by tropical landscaping, both horizontally with gardens, and vertically with living walls Living Walls Guests daily experience within the resort will be abundantly green everywhere they look and play. Vertical garden walls will consist of local tropical plants. Benefits beyond aesthetics include savings in building energy consumption, lower maintenance costs, and reduced noise. LIVING WALLS Guests will be immersed in the experience of sustainable design as both functional and beautiful.

10 DESIGN THEME Lagoons & Gardens The unique location and topology of this site allows for the creation of an extensive lagoon system within the resort. These lagoons will not only provide guests with romantic and relaxing views, but also allow the resort to feature the unique flora and fauna of the region. By being connected to the ocean, and because of the area s significant tidal range, there is an opportunity for moving water and babbling creeks. Water is the universal magical ingredient that creates the highest value tropical destination experience. 11 DESIGN THEME Retail & Entertainment District RED Mandalika This elegant high-end retail and entertainment district on the lagoon is planned for a select few local and international brands, featuring a signature circular waterfront restaurant/bar/lounge. RED Mandalika and the associated WaterPark, will serve as the first destination retail and entertainment for southern Lombok Island. With increasing visitors to the existing Kuta Beach area and resorts, as well as the new planned hotels, RED Mandalika will be an attention-getting new amenity for hotel guests and visitors alike. A 1,500 sm event ballroom is also part of the complex LAGOON FRONT RETAIL & ENTERTAINMENT
