6 Fun Rally Team Building Objective ~ Knowing and practising local concept team work called Ngayah Ngayah covering spirit of sincereness to help,togetherness,improving team work skill, proactive behavior as a team with motivation and cooperation Description ~ The team consists of 08 people with 2 cars or 4 cars. The team work needs to accomplish entire program properly as some questionnaires about this program are also put in the road book. In acknowledgement to the culture, it could be seen through the competition of making 3 different Balinese local offering, the guidance is written in the book as well as cash is provided in an envelope. They can buy materials in a local market, small shops during the way, or by asking to some houses of local villager. In the last, the guides will do score on the road books submitted upon their arrival at hotel, and will announce the 03 winning teams of program to get the gifts in gala dinner.. BRIDGING THE DREAM

7 Team building activities Olympic White Water Rafting Visually spectacular rafting trip down the Ayung River is made even more enjoyable and comfortable by the brand new industry leading, safety approved equipment. This adventure for guests of all ages is a mix of wild excitement, breath taking views and well guided, informative, sightseeing. Each team consist of 05 or 06 people. Team building activities composed : - Ice breaking games : warming up games before rafting starting point - Spinning : Each time has make their boat spin as many times as possible in some pre- determined placed. - Orienteering : Every team in boat has to find the flag mark in the hidden river bank, and then bring it to finish point. 8 Team building activities Exploring the Centre of Art Ubud is undisputedly the center of artistic scene in Bali. It has changed remarkably from the small artist s village twenty years ago in to a bustling center of activity with a wide range of Balinese painting on offer. It is a place for leisurely strolls through rice terraces, lush forest, breath-taking gorges, and deserted swimming holes, all within walking distance from the center of Ubud. Each team consist of 05 or 06 people The participants will be gived a map of area, next they should find the item in Ubud market and they should bring it to cocktail place. Objective : Helping the participants to comunicate with local people and understand the importance of synergy in team. BRIDGING THE DREAM

9 Team building activities Photo Competition The participants will take photo with can camera which is provided by our staff, and each team must give one of the best photo that will be competed. Each team consist of 05 or 06 people. Objective : Helping the group to comunicate and make best decision in the stunning view. BRIDGING THE DREAM

10 Team building activities Building a traditional boat challenge The participants will build a traditional boat near lake area. All the item and the guidance will be provided. Our team will provide an example of the boat, and there s deadline to finish it. After that, each boat of the team will be tested on the lake. The winner is the team who has the boat can float, good design and has all the element of the boat. Each team consist of 05 or 06 people. Objective : Challenging participants to be innovative and practical while executing under tight deadlines. BRIDGING THE DREAM
