5 The Argive Heraion III: The West Building. This volume will provide a definitive publication of the 6th-century B.C. hestiatorion (dining facility) at the Argive Heraion. Fieldwork from 1993 through 2000 has resulted in the completion of the actual-state plan of the building and scaled field drawings of all the elements of the superstructure. (Articles) Artemis and a Hero at the Argive Heraion (tentative title). This article will call attention to a rustic altar of Artemis and an inscribed cup that have been overlooked in previous scholarship on cult activity of the Argive Heraion. An Engaged Ionic Half-Column at the Argive Heraion (tentative). This article will present a newly discovered Ionic half-column and examine the evidence for associating it with the interior of Classical temple at the Argive Heraion.
