February 2006: Two lectures on discourse analysis and ideological dilemmas. The two lectures were part of the course Methodology in Educational Research which is taught in the M.A. programme of the Department of Primary Education in the School of Education at the Aristotle University of Thessalonica. Research Experience February present: Contact person of the project Lay and social sciences discourses on identity, migration and citizenship. The project is funded by ERC and it is a Marie Courie reintegration grant whose beneficiary is Maria Xenitidou. March 2012-June 2015: Head of the project Socio-psychological texts and everyday discourse on identity and migration. The research project is implemented within the framework of the Action «Supporting Postdoctoral Researchers» of the Operational Program "Education and Lifelong Learning" (Action s Beneficiary: General Secretariat for Research and Technology), and is cofinanced by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Greek State. Maria Xenitidou is the post-doctoral researcher. February December 2007: Part- time Research Fellow. Project title: Youth and the Army: aspects of youth s critical discourses towards military service ( ). April July 2004: I was appointed as Honorary Research Associate in the Department of Psychology at Lancaster University undertaking collaborative writing with members of the Department.
