14 EXAMPLE OF A TYPICAL DAY (1/2) A day on the WELLNESS WAVE finds its equilibrium in the balance between body and soul, the waking hours are organized like a journey on our catamarans with the purpose of reconnecting the body with the mind. Awakening 8:30am 9:30am: Breathing on the catamaran deck with personal Waver Wake up with the serene movement of a quiet sea and arrive on the deck to delight yourself with a matcha tea or a fresh glass of coconut water, facing a peaceful landscape where the nature express itself like a vivid arabesque. Respire the island s fresh air with your personal Waver here to guide you through breathing methods, synchronizing yourself with your mind for a proper awakening. In harmony with your thoughts and feelings, start your day with energy and selfawareness. Following our programs, the activities and exercises proposed to you are based on the 3 major fundamentals of WELLNESS WAVE: Sport - Nutrition and Personal Care. Under the eye of our Wavers, the dream can take place on the most beautiful landscapes the world can provide to us, with always a particular attention for your well-being, as we should keep in mind that holidays are meant to be relaxing and filled with good memories. 9:30am 10:30am: Healthy breakfast Our Vitality music playlist starts playing on the boat. You are invited for a healthy breakfast composed by a brunch of seasonal fruits, cereals, coffee and resourceful juices or smoothies especially prepared by our chef on board to match with your tastes and preferences. Morning 11:00am 12:00am: Beach boxing initiation with personal Waver You are now heading to the beach, smiling in the wind. It is time to stretch and prepare your body for the first activity of the day while feeling the waves flowing along your feet. Beach boxing, running, yoga, pilates, muscle building Start a day full of life by yourself or in group with your Wavers, along the sea to release the pressure.

15 EXAMPLE OF A TYPICAL DAY (2/2) Lunch time 12:30am 1:30pm: Lunch and local historical explanations Back on the catamaran our Lighten music playlist starts playing and everyone can relax and get ready for the lunch. All together around the table, our chef arrives to present the menu and explains his choices regarding the history of the meal and its benefits for your body, naturally followed by delicious and organic discoveries. 2:00pm 4:00pm: Siesta and free time It is a proper time for quietness and this time is yours: rest to prepare yourself for the afternoon, open a book on the deck, write about your experience or simply have a nice chat with your friends while enjoying the sun softly stroking the local landscape. Afternoon 4:00pm 5:00pm: Watersport activities with your personal Waver (wakeboard, sea bob, waterski, swimming) Full of energy and inspired by the good vibes shared by our Wavers, it is time for fun and to enjoy the material on board for this purpose: water skiing, seabob, wakeboard, paddle, kayak Or going back to the beach for games, kite or perfecting your swim along the shore with always a personal Waver to make your desires real under the sun. 5:30pm 6:30pm: Visit and shopping in the hidden villages of the region Interested for some tourism and personal time, our Wavers can bring you to the next hidden gem of the area to visit to know more about the culture. A time for meeting the locals, shopping in the historical souqs, taking amazing pictures with your personal photographer and bringing back your memories with you. Evening 7:00pm 8:00pm: Reflexology massage on the catamaran deck To ease yourself for the evening, you are invited to enjoy a reflexology massage with our Waver therapists.. Our different kinds of massages shapes and eals the body depending the exercises of the day, or unbend all the muscles through our Signature massage to leave the thoughts flowing during this personal time. 9:00pm: Dinner in a local seafood restaurant and monument descriptions After our Signature daily meeting to contemplate the sunset and breathing freely, emerges a feeling of communion between everyone. Our Waver Manager introduces to the diner s menu with all the precisions needed regarding the provenance and nutritive aspects. The dinner takes place and the evening s joyful atmosphere makes you realise you re living one of the best time of your life.
