3 1. WELOME TO BOULOGNE/MER First, I want to welcome you to Boulogne sur mer. The BK organised Women anoe up, the first competition of canoe sprint reserved only for girls, since 2012 with great sucess. This competition is an opportunity for girls to participate in a world championship type competition. All leaders and volunteers of BK, in close collaboration with its partners, will do everything to accomodate you to in the best conditions and in a family atmosphere. 4 2. GENERAL INFORMATIONS A. BOULOGNE/MER A stone s throw from the hannel Tunnel, two hours from Parisand at the heart of ôte d Opale and the Boulonnais Natural park, a welcoming region of rolling hills. Boulogne sur mer has the power to astonish and seduce those who ve never visited before. 5 B. NAUTI STADIUM Located in the hearth of the city, water stage of Liane is ideally placed. 9 racing lanes over 1000m, an up track, automatic starting axos on 1000m, 500m and also 200m.

6 . TRAINING ENTER We have very good training conditions with a newly built structure. Two sheds boat, equipped gymnasium, paddle machines, a meeting room, two saunas, individual locker room, an infirmery, as access ramp through the hangar directely down on the pontoons. Everyhting is accessible for disabled people.

8 3. OMPETITION A. INFORMATIONS Even dedicated to girls who practice canoeing flatwater racing. The BK wants to help the development of women s canoe, hence the ide ofthis race. Teams can be mixed between countries so as to be allow all girls to the 2 and 4. This is a moment of exchange and sharing between coaches and athletes. Five days for training and a week of competition. B. DATES The venue open for training : 8 th May at 9.30 pm Arrival : 7 th May Team leader meeting : Friday, May 12 th at 6.30 pm at High- Level training ompetition date : 13 th and 14th May. AREDITATION Accreditation is 55 /day / person. - Access to the Training center - Boat rental - Night and breakfast in Hotel IBIS - Meal on site : old starter, hot main course, buffet of desserts, drinks - ompetition.

9 The hotel is located on the bank of the pond, so you can do all on foot. **Bus to go/return airport is on request and at your charge. Please let us know as soon as possible your requests D.
