You'll need to double check with your hotel, but if they do offer free shuttle services you can usually find them at between arrivals gate 3 and 4 - you just need to cross the street after the taxi area. As we were staying with NH Geneva Airport, their shuttle service ran from 6am until pm (every 20 minutes: 00,20,40 min) NH Geneva Airport Hotel 10:00 AM Check-in 30 min Check-in Details - HN Airport Hotel Drop off your bags at your hotel. We stayed at the HN Airport Hotel because it was pretty reasonable and we got the free shuttle transfer to the hotel. They also took our bags into their luggage room so we didn't have to take these around the City, but I imagine most Hotels will offer this! We decided to go without adding breakfast to our booking, just because we wanted to explore and eat out in Geneva instead. Travelling into Geneva

4 Page 4 of 10 10:30 AM 30 min Geneva offers it's tourists free public transport on all trains and trams within the city. If you're staying at a hotel, hostel or verified camp cite you'll be entitled to free public transport throughout the entire length of your stay. If you're only in Geneva for a day visit, you can pick up a free public transport ticket for 80 minutes at the airport. You can download and view the public transport map of Geneva here. 11:00 AM Alive, Superfood Kitchen When you walk into their 'Superfood Kitchen' you'll see just how many delicious options they have on their menu. Being that it was all totally 100% vegan, and there were three of us, we tried to pick as much as we could! This awesome Superfood Kitchen also doubles up as a space for Yoga & Pilates - check out their website for more info! Opening hours Monday-Friday: 7AM-8:30PM Saturday: 10AM-6PM 2:00 PM 1 hr Geneva - Montreux I would recommend buying your tickets at Geneva Train Station (it doesn't cost much more than it would online) and usually with your ticket they offer you a voucher that entitles you to a free mulled wine and a souvenir mug - winning!

5 Page 5 of 10 3:00 PM 3 hr Montreux Noël Christmas Market If you're visiting Geneva during the Christmas Months, I highly recommend you travel to Montreux Marché to see the spectacular Noël Christmas Market. Situated on the edge of Lake Geneva, this beautiful Christmas Market is surrounded by the Swiss Mountains topped with snow giving it that perfect festive feeling. It can get really busy here, so allow yourself around 2-3 hours to leisurely stroll up and down the market 6:30 PM Montreux to Geneva 8:00 PM 1 hr 30 min MU-Food This was one of my favourite restaurants in Geneva! I booked in advance online but I am pretty sure you could walk in. Mu-Food only offer a small selection of food on their menu but all their main dishes come with a starter. Although it's a little bit pricey in here (but where isn't in Switzerland!) I really recommend finishing your day off at Mu-Food with their awesome Soup of the Day followed by their Red Curry with Veggies. The restaurant is only a short walk from the Geneva Train Station on Rue de Lausanne. Directions are here.

6 Page 6 of 10 Click here to check out their menu. 9:00 PM Geneva Nightlife After the days activities I was well and truly ready for my bed by 10pm. If I could have mustered up the strength, I would have checked out a few bars in the area for a drink or two. Although I can't personally comment on these bars, I've found a great website Wine & Tapas who have created an honest guide to Geneva Nightlife - hope this helps! Good to know... The Nomadic Vegan - if you want a full list of places to eat in Geneva, definitely check this blog out! SUNDAY - DECEMBER 17 Plainpalais Flea Market - Be Vegan Make Peace - Food Stall This great little market opens every Sunday 9.30am-5pm and has one of the best Vegan stools I've visited! Be Vegan Make Peace was set up by Ursula Klein and sells everything from cakes, to pastries to pizzas! We decided to fill up on the

7 Page 7 of 10 9:00 AM W. Europe 2 hr amazing Vegan food we could How to get to Plaine de Plainpalais? Take the Tram 12 or 15 to stop Plainpalais where you will get off as the east side of Plainpalais. You need to walk through the Skate Park and get across to the other side where all the food stools are. It didn't take us long to find Ursula, but if you can't see her stool feel free to give her a call on Top Tip! This stool is so reasonable, so if you've got a late night flight back home or want to save some pennies definitely stock up on some goods for the day here! 11:00 AM W. Europe 2 hr 30 min Heart of Geneva Tour This free walking tour of Geneva is fab! I was looking for something to fill a few more hours of my time whilst in Geneva and I stumbled across The Heart of Geneva Tour on the internet. You meet your guide at 11am at the Clock Tower, Pont de l Ile at Place Bel-Air and the tour starts from here (don't worry if you're running a little late, the tour stays here for 10 minutes or so!). The tour than takes you through the city exploring the Reformation Wall, St Peter s Cathedral, the beautiful Flower Clock and the Jet d'eau. And don't worry if you're not big on walking, this tour has plenty of stop offs and even gives you the chance to have a well earned drink from one of their many Water Fountains (so make sure to bring a bottle!) There is no need to pre-book on to this tour, but if you want to check out the dates ahead of your trip you can do so here. The tour starting point is only a 15minute walk from the Fleamarket - I have

Europe 1 hr Goodie Express We decided to grab a coffee at Goodie Express, a pop up stand on the platform no.4 in Geneva Train Station, that's accessible without needing a ticket! They also offer a couple of vegan soups & sandwiches - but we still had some food from the Market which we decided to eat instead. Goodie also have a store in Balexert - one of Geneva's shopping malls. You can get here by taking the Genève, Aéroport No. 10 bus from Cornavin 11 stops to Vernier, Balexert-Pailly. Directions can be found here. 5:00 PM Europe Check-out Hotel Check-out Staying at NH Geneva meant we were able to take advantage of their 'Lazy Sunday Check-out' which means you don't need to check out until 5pm! You just need to let the concierge team know this upon check-in and they'll make sure your room is yours all day! Airport Shuttle Back The are the shuttle times from NH Geneva Hotel every 20 minutes: 10, 30, 50 min. Double check with your Hotel when and where you need to be to get yours back to the Airport!

9 Page 9 of 10 5:30 PM Europe 15 min 6:00 PM Europe Geneva Airport I didn't actually buy anything when I was at the airport, mainly because I was so full from the beautiful treats I bought from Be Vegan Make Peace. Sunday Opening Hours - most restaurants are either open for a short while or closed on a Sunday, so definitely check the opening times on the websites before you go and visit them!
