5 Classes Women 16 (W16) up to 16 years old, born in 1996 and later Women 18 (W18) up to 18 years old, born in 1994 and later Men 16 (M16) up to 16 years old, born in 1996 and later Men 16 (M18) up to 18 years old, born in 1994 and later In each class a maximum of 4 competitors from each country may start. Each country may be represented by one 3 people relay in each class. A maximum of 4 officials (team leader) are allowed per nation. Punching system Electronic SPORTident for all competitions. 4

Patron of the event Dear O-friends, As I now look back, my victory in the EYOC 95 was the real start of my orienteering career and therefore

I got the chance recently to both enjoy Bugeat terrains and organizer's abilities.

I am sure that all the runners could bring back lot of experiences, emotions and enjoyments as well from there.

17 Patron of the event Dear O-friends, As I now look back, my victory in the EYOC 95 was the real start of my orienteering career and therefore always had a special taste. That's also why I have much respect for this competition which gives the first big emotions to young orienteers. I got the chance recently to both enjoy Bugeat terrains and organizer's abilities. And I have not a single doubt that it would be just the perfect place to organize this event. I am sure that all the runners could bring back lot of experiences, emotions and enjoyments as well from there. In 2012, I would be really happy to support the young rising stars in the finish arenas - I am already sure it will be an exciting event!
