1 USA Climbing Sport & Speed Local Competition Boston Rock Gym Woburn, MA April 9, 2016 Results Note: where top 3 climbs & attempts on top 3 still resulted in a tie, some ties were able to be broken using the next highest climb(s) in accordance to rule Redpoint To determine the final results for a redpoint competition, counting the total number of attempts will break ties that each of the tied competitors had for their top scored three (3) Sport climbing routes or five (5) Boulder problems. The competitor with the fewest number of attempts shall be given the lower (better) placement/ranking. In the event the ties cannot be broken in this manner, then the next highest scored route/problem, for each tied competitor will be added to their score. If the competitors are still tied, their number of attempts will be compared, once again. This process shall continue, if necessary, up until the tenth highest scoring route/problem. If the tenth highest score cannot break the tie, then the tie shall stand.
