Thanks to the indigenous fauna, the Payoya Goat and Merino Sheep from Grazalema make this activity possible preserving traditional recipes from our ancestors. In addition, they run a workshop where you can follow the same method to make cheese with recyclable material according to environmental criteria. In addition, as an extra option, visitors can blend their own wine and take it home as their own production and labelling.
