1 "Speed uppp Ukraine", 2 nd edition, 11 th -12 th April 2013, President Hotel **** in Kyiv 1/5 "Speed uppp Ukraine" EVALUATION REPORT OF THE 2 ND EDITION and Agency for The 2 nd edition almost doubled the number of participants! April 2013 brought the already 2 nd edition of "Speed uppp Ukraine", which is an international conference series aiming at developing Public-Private Partnerships in the process of delivering public services in Ukraine. The 1 st edition in April 2012 gathered 84 delegates, while the 2 nd edition reported a 87% increase in the number of participants year-to-year gathering a total of 157 delegates. Public sector - breakdown Private sector - breakdown Participants' profiles The 2 nd edition of "Speed uppp Ukraine" has gathered together 157 delegates who came from 11 different countries representing three continents (Ukraine, Russia, Poland, UK, Kazakhstan, France, USA, Republic of Srpska, Turkey, Moldova and Indonesia) whereof 64% represented the public and 36% the private sector (increase of 7% year-to-year).
