Osnovna djelatnost tvrtke uključuje investiranje i projektni menadžment u sektoru graditeljstva i turizma, sa naglaskom na područje Zagreba i jadranske obale. 3 markusevec project projekt markuševec The Markusevec residential complex will extend over an area of about 7500 square meters, in the immediate vicinity of the center of the place, where you will find all infrastructural objects and contents necessary for quality family living. Construction begins in August 2006 and completion is expected in August The residential complex, the largest residential project in Markusevec, will consist of 8 buildings. Seven of the buildings will have four apartments each, and one of them three. Stambeni kompleks Markuševec prostirat će se na površini od oko 7500 četvornih metara, u neposrednoj blizini centra naselja u kojem se nalaze svi infrastrukturni objekti i sadržaji potrebni za kvalitetno obiteljsko stanovanje. Gradnja počinje u kolovozu godine, a završetak je predviđen za kolovoz godine. Stambeni kompleks, koji je ujedno najveći projekt stanogradnje u Markuševcu, sastojat će se od osam objekata. Sedam objekata imat će po četiri stana, a jedan tri stana. Stanovi su veličine od 60 do 140 m, a većina će ih biti otvorena na sve četiri strane svijeta. Pročelja zgrada bit će izrađena od prirodnih materijala, a u kompleksu su predviđeni i atriji, vrtovi i terase, kao i park sa sadržajima za djecu. Unutar kompleksa neće biti prometa, a zelene površine prevladavat će u odnosu na asfaltne.

With the reconstruction of existing buildings, it is our goal to develop a tourist offer that is of a higher quality and to conceive and build new greenfield projects. We are aware of the importance of the area as a fundamental potential in tourism, therefore, we support only development projects in accordance to area planning regulations. Our goal is to become an investor that will permanently remain in the tourism sector, something for which we have the potential including the necessary knowledge and abilities. U turizmu nas zanimaju prvenstveno razvojni projekti najviše kvalitete, utemeljeni na brandu i na odgovarajućim tržišnim konceptima. Smatramo da investiranje u projekte vrhunske kvalitete podrazumijeva dobro strukturirano upravljanje koje uključuje angažiranje profesionalnog menadžmenta. Vjerujemo da dobro promišljenim investiranjem hrvatskom turizmu možemo ponuditi dodatnu kvalitetu. Cilj nam je restrukturiranjem postojećih objekata razviti kvalitetniju turističku ponudu te osmisliti i izgraditi nove greenfield projekte. Svjesni smo važnosti prostora kao temeljnog potencijala u turizmu, stoga podržavamo samo razvojne projekte usklađene s prostorno-planskom regulativom. Cilj nam je postati investitor koji će trajno ostati u turističkom sektoru, za što imamo potencijal koji uključuje odgovarajuće znanje i sposobnosti.

Up to the present, for cultural sponsorships, the most significant support has been given to the guest performance of the Bolschoi Kosaks with Petja Houdjakov at the 51st Split Summer Festival. Sponsorship of sports events is varied and extensive. Sponzorstva sportskih događaja imaju znatan raspon godine podržali smo kao generalni sponzor međunarodno športsko-udičarsko natjecanje Big Game Fishing, a trenutno sponzoriramo Klub za skokove u vodu Medveščak te Hrvatski kajakaški savez i Hrvatski hokejaški savez.
