2 Project Overview DIRSI is a multifunctional residential complex in the historical part of Tbilisi intended for up to 15,000 residents. The residential area consists of the 20 well-furnished houses from 16 to 26 floors each, overall 4898 of studio, 2, and 3 room apartments with total space of up to 527,000 m 2.

4 Project Overview DIRSI is Located between the river Mtkvari and Cholokashvili street. The old name of this part of Tbilisi was Dirsichala.

5 Goals The construction actually started up in 2012 and still continues. The following goals can be formulated: starting up the sales and marketing activities; the construction works of the residential complex; Creating the management structure to manage Dirsi in 2014; Completion of the infrastructural works during ;

6 Social Assessment Despite the economic growth of the previous years the unemployment level in the end of 2011 was around 15.1%. More than 50% of the population is employed in the agriculture, which is one of the least productive spheres in Georgia producing less than 10% of the GDP. Urbanization is 53% and there is a trend of increase here.
