2 INTRODUCTION ABOUT US Biology students established NGO Green Home as a non-governmental, non-profit and non-party organization on 14 February The organization was created with a view to active participation in the preservation and improvement of the environment, and to taking an active role in protecting the biodiversity, as well as to implement the sustainable development concept in Montenegro. Our work is divided into two programmes: environmental protection and energy. MAIN AIM The aim of the organization is environmental preservation and protection, biodiversity conservation and implementation of the sustainable development principles. MISSION We are dedicated to environmental protection and environmental improvements that foster a sustainable future and lead to social and economical improvements in the communities at national level. In order to do this, we are committed to work with different range of stakeholders to foster partnerships and work together to provide sustainable future and have strong recognition world wide as Ecological State of Montenegro. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PROGRAMME NVO Green Home Dalmatinska 78, Podgorica, Montenegro Phone/Fax: /376 The Environmental Protection Programme aims at promoting and supporting initiatives in the area of nature protection and the sustainable use of natural resources. The Programme includes work on biodiversity protection and sustainable management of natural resources on two levels: Improvement of public policies regarding environment Working with individuals, social groups and local communities greeenhome@greenhome.co.me FB stranica: Instagram ENERGY PROGRAMME The main objective of the Energy Programme is to promote sustainable solutions regarding energy through monitoring climate change consequences, energy efficiency and alternative energy sources. The Energy Programme includes work on: Public energy policies and raising awareness Educational activities 3

3 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PROGRAMME Cross Border Marine Natura 2000 Mapping, Monitoring and Management - 4M The project Cross Border Marine Natura 2000 Mapping, Monitoring and Management (the 4M project) began in July The project aims at increasing capacities and fostering cross-border cooperation between Croatia and Montenegro regarding managing natural resources. From February to May, the consultative process was conducted for developing a management measure for the potential Natura 2000 area of the Arza - Platamuni capes. The consultative process involved the holding of three workshops with different stakeholders, and organising of five individual meetings - with the representatives of the Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone of Montenegro (PE Morsko Dobro), the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism (2 meetings), representatives of the Port of Zelenika, and the Agency for Construction and Development of Herceg Novi. The result of the consultative process was developing the document documenting Measures for Managing the Potential Natura 2000 Areas that will serve as support for future management plans for marine protected areas; Workshop, Management measures for the potential Natura 2000 area, from the Arz to Cape Platamuni_April_Kotor On the occasion of Planet Earth Day, an exhibition of educational panels was set up in the Delta City shopping mall in Podgorica; In the period April-June, two beach cleaning activities and two underwater clean-up activities were carried out. The actions were organized in cooperation with diving clubs, local community, NGOs and PE Morsko dobro; Workshops Let Blue Stay Blue _April_Budva Educational workshops on marine biodiversity wealth and protection were held in primary schools in Kotor, Budva and Petrovac. On this occasion, through interactive work, students were introduced to the marine living world diversity. Moreover, on the International Water Day, a presentation on the importance of preserving the marine plant and animal world was held at the kindergarten Bajka. The youngest received the promo materials that were created within the project: colouring and cartoon book. The exhibition of educational panels on the diversity of marine herbal and animal species was also conducted; 4 Action of cleaning the underwater world April, Budva In May and June 2017, 12 days of field work were conducted to collect data on species and habitats in the area of the Arza - Platamuni capes. After two year field work and data collection on marine biodiversity, a report was prepared: Mapping of marine habitats and species in the underwater of the Arza - Platamuni capes; The GIS database on species and habitats in the potential Natura 2000 area, Arza Platamuni capes was finalized; 5

4 NGO Green Home joined the campaign STOP ILLEGAL FISHING, launched by the Institute of Marine Biology, local communities, fishermen associations, diving clubs, local NGOs and individuals. During the campaign, four short films were made and a billboard with the message Protect the Adriatic, report illegal fishing was posted to raise awareness of the impact of the use of dynamite on the marine world; A campaign to raise awareness of sailors on the protection of seaweed was conducted. On that occasion, leaflets were distributed to port authorities, international ports, diving centres and marinas. A billboard with the message Respect the Amazon of the Mediterranean, avoid anchoring in the seaweed meadows was also placed near Tivat airport ; Two info boards were placed at Vrsuta to educate visitors about Vrsuta as a plant habitat; The workshop with the leaseholders of beaches with blue flag was organised in May. The activity was conducted in cooperation with prof. Dr Danka Cakovic and NGO Zeleni korak. The aim of the activity was to acquaint the beach leaseholders with invasive species. After the workshop, we conducted the activity of removing the invasive species of Oenothera sp. These activities were also attended by students of biology and volunteers of NGO Green Home; A field visit in cooperation with prof. Dr. Danka Cakovic (NGO Green step) was organized on Velika plaza to monitor the species for which the Velika Plaza was proclaimed for the IPA habitat; Protection of wild plant species and their habitats of the southern and eastern Mediterranean The project aims at involving civil society in the protection of important plant habitats - IPA areas (Important Plant Areas). Three IPA areas were selected for the project: Skadar Lake, Great Beach with Ada Bojana and Vrsuta; Activities were implemented in cooperation with three local NGOs: NGO Montenegrin Society of Ecologists, NGO Green Step and NGO Scout Detachment 24 November; In the territory of the Skadar Lake National Park, field work was carried out to map an invasive species of acacia (Amorpha fruticosa); Presentation - training for Green Home volunteers and students of biology was conducted on how to carry out monitoring of plant species. The training was held by prof. Dr. Danka Cakovic from the University of Montenegro; A field visit in cooperation with prof. Dr. Danka Cakovic, students of biology and volunteers of the Green Home was organized in Vrsuta. The aim of the field visit was to monitor the endemic species Gymnospermium scipetarum; Activity of removing the invasive species on Great beach_ May Educational workshops on Skadar Lake as an important plant habitat were held at Primary School Jovan Tomasevic in Virpazar, and the one on the importance of preserving Great Ulcinj Beach at Primary School Marshal Tito in Ulcinj; In cooperation with the Municipality of Danilovgrad and the Montenegrin Society of Ecologists, an action was taken to remove ambrosia in the area of that municipality; During the project duration, another population of the Gymnospermium scipetarum species was discovered, which was noticed in Montenegro only in Vrsuta. The population of this species was found on Garac hill near Danilovgrad. Support to local communities in the implementation of tourism practices based on natural resources in the surroundings of the Lake of Sas The project aims at developing a responsible tourist destination in Lake Sas with providing protection and sustainable management of important and sensitive parts of biodiversity in this area. During 2017, the following activities were performed: Monitoring of important plant areas on Vrsuta _April, Bar Field visit Vrsuta_ April, Bar 6 Info centre was opened in the location of Sas restaurant; In cooperation with the local tourist organization Ulcinj, the promotional material was created within the project was promoted at the Tourist Fair in Berlin. 5 Tasting of local products_ Lake Sas Opening info center at Lake Sas_March, Ulcinj Training_Inclusion of stakeholders in the decision-making process_november, Podgorica Training_ Marketing of protected areas_ November, Zabljak Capacity building for a better environment in Montenegro CBBEM Strengthening the capacity of NGOs - members of the BioNET network BioNET network was created within the Open Regional Biodiversity Fund project implemented by the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) in the Western Balkans. BioNET network consists of 14 NGOs dealing with nature protection from the following countries: Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, Croatia and Kosovo. BioNET training was one of the activities of this network. It was preceded by a workshop held in Kladovo in September. Within the five-day training, 25 participants from 6 countries had the opportunity to collaborate with eminent experts and acquire knowledge from various fields such as: managing Natura 2000 areas, and how to conduct the marketing of protected areas. Participants gained knowledge on both how to involve stakeholders and on the importance of developing large-scale wildlife management plans. The training was held in Podgorica, Zabljak and Kolasin. The participants had the opportunity to visit Durmitor National Park and the Visitors Centre in the park. The representatives of NP Durmitor presented the natural and cultural values of the park as well as the way of management. A visit to the Botanical Garden in Dulovine, Kolasin was organized on the last day of the training. The hosts were prof. Dr Danijela Stesevic from the University of Montenegro and botanist Danijel Vincek. The hosts of the visit presented the diversity of the plant life and the importance of the Botanical Garden to the participants. During the training, a promo film on the BioNET network was made in cooperation with NGO CEZAM. The aim of the project is to empower environmental NGOs in Montenegro to participate more actively in the EU accession process through strengthening public participation and monitoring the negotiations in Chapter 27 - Environment and Climate Change. Within the project, a Coalition of NGOs for Monitoring of Preparation and Negotiations for Negotiation Chapter 27 (CoC27) was established, consisting of 20 NGOs from Montenegro. During 2017 the following activities were performed: Analysis of Energy and Climate Change in Montenegro - Policy Analysis, Analysis of the situation and progress in Chapter 27, Analysis of the Montenegrin Legislation Compliance with acquis communautaire on Water Protection and analysis Towards an Energy Efficient Montenegro: review of the situation and recommendations ; Shadow Report from the for Chapter 27 and the comments of Coalition 27 prepared as a civil sector contribution to the Report on Montenegro for 2017; Prepared position papers for environment protection and climate and energy policies; Grants amounting to 30, euro awarded to six NGOs from Montenegro; A brochure Energy and climate policies of Montenegro - how to catch up with the EU? was prepared A training on waste management was organized for local NGOs from the north of Montenegro; Two working meetings of the CoC27 coalition held in Berane and Niksic and two roundtables held in Podgorica, in July and September; A press conference was held with the aim of presenting the comments of Coalition 27 to the Report on Montenegro; Organized performance The stone age was not completed because the stone had disappeared on the occasion of the confirmation of the Paris Climate Agreement; 8 Prepared Website of the Coalition 27 Active participation in public hearings on the adoption of the Law on Spatial Planning and 9

6 Construction of objects of both NGO Green Home and partner organizations; Prepared and distributed promotional material within campaigns on waste management, water, nature protection and climate change. Civil society acts for environmentally sound socio-economic development (CO SEED) Press conference was held with the objective of informing the public about the issues that exist in the implementation of environmental impact assessments; Media training Implementation of Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment was held aimed at informing the media on the current practice of carrying out environmental impact assessments in the international and national context and the importance of environmental impact assessments as an instrument for the protection of life environment, then, informing the media about current issues in implementing environmental impact assessments and recommendations for improvement, and presenting handbooks examples of good cooperation between the civil sector, public institutions and private companies in decision making processes related to environmental impact assessments; The project aims at engaging civil society organizations as equal actors with state authorities and professional companies in national legal review processes and decision-making regarding the Environment Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment Study through increasing media attention on the topic. Partner organizations, and the regional network of civil organizations established through the CO SEED project, prepared the manual on the best global practice for successful cooperation between civil society organizations, public authorities and private companies in decision-making on environmental impact assessment and strategic Environmental Impact Assessment How public participation improves decision making on environmental issues ; Based on a detailed analysis of the legislative framework related to impact assessment and strategic environmental impact assessment, recommendations for improving environmental impact assessments have been developed; A roundtable titled Implementation of Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (Situation Analysis, Recommendations and Examples of Good Practice) was held aimed at informing the public, bodies and organizations on the current practice of implementing environmental impact assessments in the international and national context; then, presenting an analysis of the situation in the implementation of environmental impact assessments and recommendations for improvement, as well as presenting handbooks for examples of good cooperation between the civil sector, public institutions and private companies in decision making processes related to environmental impact assessments; Media training _Implementation of Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment_ Podgorica_ Checklists have been developed to evaluate the Environmental Impact Assessment Report and the Strategic Environmental Assessment Report designed to assist evaluators - including interested citizens, representatives of civil society organizations and government officials for environmental impact assessments, by including a series of questions to which any good environmental impact assessment would be able to respond. 7 ENERGY PROGRAMME Dinaric Arc Sustainable Hydropower Initiative DASHI The objective of the project is to prevent the development of unsustainable hydro-energy projects in the area of Skadar Lake, Neretva and Livanjsko polje in order to preserve the most important plant and animal habitats; Biodiversity research of the Moraca river canyon has been carried out, focusing on certain species from groups of mammals, amphibians, reptiles, invertebrates, fish and birds, to which the eventual construction of HPPs at Moraca would have a devastating impact. Special attention would be paid to the species included in the Habitats Directive and on habitats significant for these species. The research aims at collecting the necessary data on biodiversity to assess the impact of the series of dams/accumulations for the production of electricity on Moraca on the species included in the Habitats Directive as habitats significant for these species; Research of the Moraca river canyon_jul Amendments to the Law on Waters have been prepared with the aim of defining the obligation to establish and monitor ecologically acceptable flow downstream of the water intake and to provide a legal basis for closer regulation of this issue in the by-law regulation. Clean Air in Montenegro The Project Clean Air in Montenegro aims at supporting NGOs at the national and regional level in launching initiatives against dirty energy sources, promoting renewable energy sources and improving air quality. The specific objective of the project is to raise people s awareness at local and national level of the harmfulness of fossil fuels combustion, with the focus on the operation of thermal power plants and their harmful effects on human health; Research of the Moraca river canyon_ Research of the Moraca river canyon_august Report on the state of biodiversity of the Moraca river canyon was prepared based on the conducted biodiversity research; 12 Within the European Sustainable Energy Week for, the NGO Green Home organized a round table Energy Efficiency in Montenegro, Challenges and Problems of Implementing Energy Efficiency Policy on 21 June. The objectives of this event were presenting the results and challenges of the implementation of energy efficiency policy measures in Montenegro, informing the interested public about ESCO contracts and public-private partnerships, the principles for their functioning and the manner in which they can provide support when it comes to investing in energy efficiency; 13

8 the construction and operation of the thermal power plant; We designed the Energy Efficiency Recommendations for Rational Energy Consumption brochure to assist all people interested to invest in energy efficiency in the application of energy efficiency measures, and to analyse the benefits of such investments; In cooperation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, a machine for the measurement of the PM 2.5 and PM 10 powder particles has been made, which will monitor the concentrations of these substances in the air in Podgorica and Pljevlja. Clean Air, a Healthy Environment Round table_ Energy Efficiency in Montenegro, Challenges and Problems of Implementing Energy Efficiency Policy Jun, Podgorica Round table on Energy Transition as an Opportunity for Socio-Economic Development was organized. The aim of the round table was to present the results of the national report for Montenegro made within the SEERMAP (South East Europe Electricity Roadmap) project, which shows the potentials of investing in renewable energy sources in Montenegro, the potential production of electricity from these resources, and the possibility of satisfying domestic electricity consumption by investing in renewable resources. At the round table, sustainable energy alternatives were presented as chances for creating new energy and economic development potentials by integrating the common goal of sustainability within the energy and climate policy of Montenegro; The project Clean Air, a Healthy Environment aims at developing individual and collective awareness of the need to preserve the environment by educating and acquiring knowledge about ecology in order to improve the state of the environment. The specific objective of the project is to stimulate children and youth to consider the importance of air conservation as the most important segment of the environment through educating primary and secondary school students about the causes of air pollution, the consequences of poor air quality and its impact on human health and the environment. With a view to its improving, the objective is to influence the changing of their habits, develop appropriate behavioural models in accordance with the principles of environmental protection, and encourage them to participate in various activities aimed at preserving a clean and healthy environment; During 2017, 10 educational lectures (5 in primary and 5 in secondary schools) were held through an interactive approach in order to increase students knowledge on ecology and environmental protection; Round table_energy Transition as an Opportunity for Socio-Economic Development_November, Podgorica We filed a complaint to the Decision on the Approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for Pljevlja 2 project requesting the annulment of the Decision. The study did not have all the elements prescribed by the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment. Thus, the Decision neither specifies the reasons on the decision basis, the reasons for accepting or rejecting the objections of interested parties, nor it defines the most important measures that the project owner is obliged to undertake to prevent, eliminate, mitigate or remedy the damaging consequences of 14 Educational lectures_ November,Podgorica Educational lectures_november, Podgorica 15

9 CIVIL ECOLOGICAL INITIATIVES, CAMPAIGNS AND VOLUNTARY WORK Earth Hour campaign Educational lectures_december, Podgorica Brochure titled Renewable energy sources was produced with the aim of educating children about the importance of natural resources, the possibilities of using their potential, the role of man in their preservation and their significance from the aspect of social development, with concrete examples of good and bad practices in managing natural resources. Earth Hour is a global campaign to combat climate change initiated by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), which Green Home has been organizing for the eighth time in Montenegro. The campaign involves extinguishing the light for 60 minutes, each last week in March each year. In 2017, we celebrated the Earth Hour in cooperation with the World Nature Protection Fund, Biciklo.me and the project Towards Carbon Neutral Tourism in Montenegro (UNDP), joined by 13 Montenegrin cities, a large number of organizations, institutions and companies and individuals. The central event of this year s campaign was a promotional night bicycle ride under the slogan Lighten the Problem, featuring over 250 cyclists. After it, the lights were switched off at the Independence Square and the Millennium Bridge between 20:30 and 21:30. In the Independence Square, a short promotional spot was broadcast on the city video, aiming to draw the attention of citizens to the need for more bicycle use as a means of preventing pollution from traffic, which, as a consequence, has accelerated climate change; Night bicycle ride_march, Podgorica 16 17

10 The lights on the city sights were shut down in 13 Montenegrin cities, while Vesuv Ltd, Montenomaks CL, Hilton Hotel, Uniqa Insurance, The Capital Plaza, Verde Complex, Crnogorski Telekom, Telenor, M:tel, Porto Montenegro, Hotel Regent and many others supported the action by turning off lights in their business premises. The Club Culture cafes, Gallery, Sejdefa and others supported this action making their programme under candlelight for 60 minutes. Field presentations on the important plant habitats of Ada Bojana were held, followed by those on invasive species and reptiles specific for this area. A very important segment of this camp was the lecture given by Bushcraft Montenegro about naturalization, navigation, food gathering, ancient ways of burning fire and making shelter in nature. Milenium Bridge in the dark during the campaign_march, Podgorica During the Earth Hour, the Montenegrin Electricity Transmission System recorded a reduced consumption of electricity in Montenegro, compared to the average consumption at this time interval of 1.43% while the highest savings of 7.07% was recorded in Pljevlja; Celebration of the Drim Basin Day_May, Ada Bojana An educational film Drim Basin Day has been created with the aim of promoting the natural values of Ada Bojana. Celebration of the Drim Basin Day Travel to Europe Green Home organized a celebration of the Drim Basin Day through an educational camp held at Ada Bojana. Within the camp, the participants had the opportunity to hear about the importance of the Drim Basin, that is, Ada Bojana (as part of the extended Drim Basin) through the presentations of experts from this field. This programme, having been implemented by the NGO Green Home since 2011, enables the students of the final years of studies from all the universities in Montenegro to travel to and learn from other European cities and values through travel and socializing with peers from the region and the European Union. At the 2017 competition, 10 students were selected from basic, specialist or master studies with an average grade over 8.5, aged younger than 26, of which eight of them have never had an opportunity to travel to the EU countries during their studies. 11 VOLUNTEER CENTRE Students visit_ August, Paris Travel to Europe students began with a three-day stay in Berlin where they met their colleagues from the region at an organized reception at the Robert Bosh Foundation. In addition, they had the opportunity to hear the lectures and to participate in the discussion about current developments in the European Union and personally meet local heroes, i.e. youth actions that have contributed to changes in society. After Berlin, during the next 22 days, students visited 20 European cities according to their own interests using interrail tickets, which were provided to them through the program. The NGO Green Home Volunteer Centre brings together pupils, students, experts, nature lovers and citizens of different age who are interested and motivated to contribute to protecting their environment and preserving the environment through active engagement and volunteer work. The work of the volunteer involves engaging in numerous activities of the organization according to their interests and skills performed throughout the year. These activities include creative work and participation in campaigns, planting, afforestation and cleaning actions, participation in trainings, seminars, workshops for raising environmental awareness, initiatives and street actions for marking important ecological international dates, study visits and numerous other activities. Some of the most important volunteer activities in 2017 were: Participation in performance against GMO_July, Berlin Participation at the protest of the citizens of Poland July, Berlin Volunteers and employees of NGO Green Home, in partnership with NGO Zero Waste, diving club OCTO Diving, and MedCem, organized a beach and underwater clearing operation in the coastal and submarine sections of the Sutomore beach. The aim of the campaign was to draw attention to the preservation of the sea and marine ecosystems, as well as to symbolically mark the International Day of Coastal Cleaning, which is celebrated every third Saturday in September. A large amount of waste, including plastic bags, glass, a large quantity of cans and the remains of a beach accessories have been collected during the three-hour campaign. Several divers of Green Home and Octo Diving have taken care to remove waste from the sea and thus give their contribution. The action resulted in some twenty bags of waste collected, which were selected and transported for disposal after the activity ended. Volunteer of NGO Green Home, Ilija Cetkovic from Kotor, with the support of the organization, passed the first diving star exam, making the state of Montenegro richer for another expert trained to explore the biodiversity of the sea. In early April, Green Home volunteers took active participation during the field monitoring of plant species in Vrsuta as an important plant habitat (IPA). All-day field work was conducted by Prof. Danka Cakovic and the volunteers learned how to monitor the field. Training for volunteers and beach tenants with a blue flag was held on Great Ulcinj Beach in May. The training primarily related to the importance and obligation of removing invasive species and the way they are recognized. On the same day, the ecological action of removing the invasive species Oenothera sp. was conduced. In cooperation with experts, volunteers of NGO Green Home conducted a part of the three-year activity on mapping the Amorpha fruticos acacia in the Skadar Lake area in May and June. Green House NGO volunteers were also active during the June action in Sutomore for cleaning seashore. The collected waste was analysed by origin, while the educational exhibition on the sea was also placed on the main promenade to introduce as many tourists as possible on the need to protection the sea. 12 MEMBERSHIP IN WORKING GROUPS National Council for Sustainable Development and Integrated Coastal Zone Management NGO Green Home is a member of the National Council for Sustainable Development and Integrated Coastal Zone Management, consisting of representatives of all social structures (21 members) and chaired by the President of the State. The National Council was established in 2002, on the eve of the World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg, as an advisory body to the Government of Montenegro with a mission to influence the government s policy in the field of sustainable development. The Working Group on Environment - Chapter 27 A limited participation in the drafting of the negotiating position was recorded where the permanent member of the group gave comments referring to the transition periods and administrative capacities. The document is treated as a secret while it was asked to open it to the public during its creation; The Sava River Water Council The Sava Water Council is the advisory body of the Sava Commission, its members are representatives of institutions from Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Slovenia involved in various aspects of the Sava River Basin management. The work of the Sava Water Council aims at strengthening the public participation in the activities related to the implementation of the Framework Agreement on the Sava River Basin, with a focus on the youth population, and the involvement of stakeholders in the decision-making process. Sectoral Working Group for Programming Pre-Accession EU Support in the Environment and Climate Action 33th sessions of the NSOR_ September, Mojkovac Within the Council, there are three working groups: 1) working group for monitoring and revision of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development of Montenegro; 2) working group for sustainable resource management; and 3) working group for mitigation and adaptation to climate change. Green Home is active in the work of the first two groups, during which this year, it commented on the waste management solution/thermal treatment of waste and the project Valorisation of the Potentials of Bjelasica and Komovi. It also participated at the sessions of the Council held twice a year. In June 2017, Green Home representative was elected as a member of the Sectoral Working Group for Programming Pre-Accession Support to the EU in the Environment and Climate Action. The Sectoral Working Group was established by the Ministry of European Affairs with the task of participating in the preparation and revision of strategic and program documents that serve as the basis for planning support under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) to the EU and Montenegro. In addition, this working group sets priorities for supporting IPA II funds in accordance with the appropriate sectoral strategies and needs of the EU negotiation process. In 2017, a Sectoral Planning Document for the Environment and Climate Action Sector has been updated and a draft Annual Action Document IPA 2019 for the environment and climate action sector has been prepared. Working Group for drafting the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment As an elected member of the working group, the representative of NGO Green Home participated in a series of meetings on aligning the existing Law with the amendments to the Directive on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. The meetings also discussed clarification of the text and better understanding of the Law and amendments that contribute to better implementation and/or application of previous experience in practice. The Commission for the adoption of the Short-Term Action Plan for the territory of the municipality of Pljevlja in case of exceeding and/or risk of exceeding the warning threshold for sulfur (IV) oxide by the SO2 - The Action Plan prescribes the obligations of the Agency for the Protection of Nature and the Environment and all other competent authorities in cases of exceeding the warning threshold and the notification threshold (500 μg/m3) for SO2 in terms of informing the public and define special measures to warn the population; 31st session of the NSOR_ January, Podgorica 22 Working group for sub-quality water quality With a view to transposing and implementing the NEAS for the period , one meeting was held for determining the Transposition Activity Plan and the Water Management Implementation Plan for each of the 10 EU directive, and the coordination was established; 23
