Leaded the negotiation with the Republic of Turkey and signed the agreement for reciprocal protection of foreign investments. Established the Agency for Foreign Investments in Kosovo and opening many offices for investments in Kosovo, such as: Office in Vienna, Munich, London, Dublin, Glasgow (Scotland), Stockholm, and the contacting branch in Tokyo and Tel Aviv. Leaded initial negotiations for the membership of Kosovo in the World Trade Organization. Drafting the primary and secondary legislation for the development of heavy and light industry. Establishing the agency for standardization of products, metrology and product quality. Drafting the strategy for development of the hotel and tourism sector, and promotion of natural and cultural tourism resources in Kosovo. Drafting primary and secondary legislation for development of medium and small size enterprises based on criteria of European Organization for Small and Medium - Size Enterprises, and becoming member of this organization. Building and managing the industrial parks and business zones such as: Business and industrial park in Mitrovica, Drenas, Decan and Gjilan.
