9 Razlika između EUREKA i Eurostars projekata > 9 Natjecatelji Prijava Dokumentacija Rokovi prijave EUROSTARS Mala i srednja razvojno-istraživačka poduzeća Centralizirano-putem online registracije Eurostars Application Form (+ obvezni aneksi) + dokumentacija za nacionalnu evaluaciju Definirana 2 roka godišnje za predaju dokumentacije EUREKA Prema nacionalnim pravilima. Decentralizirano-dostavlja se NPC-u svakoj zemlji. NPC glavnog partnera brine za prijavu u internu bazu. EUREKA Application Form + dokumentacija za nacionalnu evaluaciju Svaka zemlja određuje svoja pravila i rokove. Konkurencija Svi projekti predani za pojedini rok. Projekti na nacionalnom nivou. Evaluacija Centralizirani proces (panel međunarodnih evaluatora) kojoj prethodi nacionalna evaluacija. Konačnu odluku o prolaznosti donosi panel. Decentralizirani proces-svaka zemlja primjenjuje samo nacionalnu evaluaciju-konačna ocjena projekta je rezultat svih nacionalnih evaluacija. Financiranje Do 25 % udjela u javnom dijelu financiranja osigurava Europska komisija. Javni dio financiranja osigurava se iz nacionalnog proračuna. Financiranje javnog dijela osigurano iznacionalnog proračuna.

15 VRSTA I INTENZITET POTPORE > 15 > Vrsta potpore: Bespovratna sredstva > Maksimalni intenzitet potpore: 50% ukupnih opravdanih projektnih troškova (do za ukupno trajanje projekta za sve HR partnere) > Trajanje projekta: do 3 godine > Opravdani troškovi: razvojne bruto plaće, oprema i sitni inventar, troškovi razvojnih usluga, troškovi putovanja, ostali razvojni troškovi > Proračun EUREKA Hrvatska: revidira se na razini fiskalne godine (prosječni godišnji budžet = 5 milijuna kuna)

18 KRITERIJI PRIHVATLJIVOSTI PROJEKTA > 18 Osnovni kriteriji za EUREKA projekt 'Basic EUREKA Eligibility Criteria' Projekt mora imati primjenu u civilnom sektoru Partneri moraju biti iz najmanje dvije različite zemlje sa statusom punopravnog članstva Rezultat projekta mora biti proizvod Projekt mora predstavljati sudjelovanje u obliku posebnog projekta Osnovni kriteriji za EUREKA projekt (Eligibility Criteria) Hrvatski partneri ne smiju imati gubitak iznad visine kapitala Hrvatski partneri ne smiju imati bilo kakvih dugova po osnovi javnih davanja Svi partneri na projektu čine konzorcij u kojem ni jedan natjecatelj ili zemlja ne smije biti odgovorna za više od 75 % ukupnih troškova projekta Glavni partner u Hrvatskoj može biti isključivo malo ili srednje veliko trgovačko društvo Programski kriteriji Stupanj inovativnosti (projekt mora imati jasno izraženu tehnološku inovativnost) Tržišni potencijal Buduća konkurentska prednost Ljudi znanja i vještine tima Konzorcij

20 PRAG PROLAZNOSTI > 20 Prema hrvatskim nacionalnim pravilima, prag prolaznosti ili minimalni broj bodova koji je potreban da neki projekt bude prihvatljiv za sufinanciranje je 300 bodova (75 %) ili više. Samo projekti koji zadovolje prag prolaznosti te ako su potvrđeni na sastanku Visokih predstavnika, mogu biti financiran od strane HAMAG-BICRO-a.
