2 Captain Paul Fraser Paul is originally from New Zealand and has a MCA Master 3000 Tons (class 4) and a wide experience in both sailing and motor superyachts including Imagine B - 34m M/Y Dubois and Bushido 38m S/Y Modern Classic. He has been the captain of M/Y Quaranta since her launch and cruised the yacht with owners and guests on the Turkish Riviera last summer. Paul has a good understanding of what safety on a superyacht means and is keen to offer his guests a wonderful cruising experience. Chief Stewardess Jacqueline Turner Jacqueline has enjoyed a number of seasons in yachting as a Chief Stewardess on both private and charter vessels. She has a solid background in hospitality and management gained through owning and operating her own business and working in management on a large tourist resort. These experiences gave her an invaluable leadership and service skills. She previously worked as a Chief Stewardess on board M/Y Moon Sand 41m Sovereign Yachts, M/Y Reef Chief 38m Lloyds Ships, S/Y Irelanda 32m Alloy Yachts, M/Y Costa Magna 45m Proteksan Turquoise and M/Y Aliska 44m Shipworks Brisbane.

Chef Seonagh Boyd Seonagh has 10 years experience in hospitality and over 7 years in the yachting industry.

She has also worked on various yachts during the Americas cup pre-regattas as a Chef for private functions during racing, lunches, dinners and cocktail parties, catering for up to 200

Second Steward Isachristian Carreon Chris has worked in the yachting industry for 8 years both as a Deckhand and Steward, but also as a Chef.

3 Chef Seonagh Boyd Seonagh has 10 years experience in hospitality and over 7 years in the yachting industry. She is specialized in fine Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on light, healthy food, always using the best quality ingredients. She has also worked on various yachts during the Americas cup pre-regattas as a Chef for private functions during racing, lunches, dinners and cocktail parties, catering for up to 200 guests at a time. Seonagh was employed as Chef on board Quaranta during her first season and is now back on board to delight your guests with tasty and fine meals! Second Steward Isachristian Carreon Chris has worked in the yachting industry for 8 years both as a Deckhand and Steward, but also as a Chef. He appreciates the importance of excellent service, loyalty and discretion. He is a hard working person with a demonstrated ability to be multi-task and give the best service to his guests. He has previously worked on S/Y Happy Four 32m Alloy Yachts (Private), M/Y Star Of The Sea 35m Benetti (Charter), M/Y Sofico 43m CRN (Charter), M/Y Moonmaiden II 40m Denizcilik (Private).

Frances loves working on deck and has also enjoyed working a combined role of Deckhand/Divemaster on previous yachts.

4 Chief Officer Frances Castle Frances began her career in yachting in 2009 and has never looked back. She has worked on yachts of all shapes and sizes, has cruised the Mediterranean and Caribbean extensively and crossed the Atlantic four times. Frances loves working on deck and has also enjoyed working a combined role of Deckhand/Divemaster on previous yachts. Two years ago, Frances gained her Diving Instructor certificate in Borneo having acquired her fascination for the underwater world whilst working on a farm in Hawaii and free diving in her spare time. Chief Engineer Krzysztof Piotrowski Kris was born in Poland, but speaks as well English, Italian and Russian. He is a qualified Chief Engineer and has been working in the yachting industry for more than 20 years. He has a cruising experience in the Mediterranean Sea, United States, West Indies, China, Thailand, Pacific Ocean. He previously worked on M/V SANTANDREA 30m Converted Tug Boat, M/Y NORTHERN LIGHT 46m Feadship, M/Y Roma 62m Viareggio Super Yachts, M/Y Amante - 45m Royal Denship.
