4 45 CF/10/3: Panel Forum Session Note: The panel forum will be discussed in length on the way forward of the Cooperative Mechanism, in particular on the success after fourth cycle of its inception and in commemoration of 10 th Anniversary of CM. The speaker from each littoral States will provide their views to increase engagement with the user States, the shipping industry and other stakeholders to participate and share the responsibility of maintaining and enhancing the safety of navigation and protection of the marine environment in the Straits. Each panel will deliver their views approximately 5 10 minutes and followed by the discussion.
