GRRSWF staff will periodically update leading bid informa on on GRRSWF.org. Non live proxy bidding will end at noon on October 3, 2014, following which the then high or minimum bids will be posted on the GRRSWF web site. Proxy bid forms will be accepted un l 12:01 AM, October 4, The live auc on will begin at approximately 1 PM on October 4, 2014 with live proxy bidding by GRRSWF staff. Live auc on star ng bids will be the leading non live proxy bid or the minimum bid set by GRRSWF. AUCTION PROXY BID TERMS GRRSWF staff members will bid compevely on the absentee bidder s behalf. Proxy bids will be treated fairly and confiden ally. Absentee bidders agree to the following: Absentee bidders must clearly complete their proxy bid forms and are solely responsible for errors on their forms.
