Accidents and illness can happen anywhere please check with your insurances before traveling outside the United States and on cruises to protect yourself. As with any insurance I hope you never have to use it, but if you need it, it is worth every penny. Your pocketbook will thank you. There is also another program that is worth your time to explore. It s Good Sam s Travel Assist. Whether you are traveling on your own, with your family, with a group, on a bus trip, cruise, or anywhere in the world, this insurance will get you home due to a medical issue. It DOES NOT cover any medical expenses, but will get you - and your car home from anywhere in the world. They will even bring a family member to your bedside if needed. I have this insurance it costs less than $100 for the entire year. Google Good Sam s Travel Assist and see if this might work for you. Many of my friends in the travel industry have it and highly recommend it. Good Sam s is an RV related company, but everyone can purchase the travel assist. If I had to leave you at a hospital on a bus trip or any tour they would get you home. Enough of serious stuff on to the fun stuff!
