8 Summer Events CUP MATCH SUMMER SPLASH July 23 July 31 Bermuda s ultimate summer event, Cup Match Summer Splash kicks off with a series of signature concerts featuring top international Reggae music artists followed by rich local cultural traditions and non-stop fun on the water and in the sun. Whether you take in a concert, experience our festive cricket event, hit up a beach party or join us for Bermuda s biggest water raft-up party of the year, this year s Cup Match events are a MUST! Don t miss! CUP MATCH CRICKET FESTIVAL Somerset Cricket Club Stop by and enjoy one of the most festive cricket events of the year. With no shortage of entertainment, sit back and watch a competitive cricket performance from the Somerset and St. George cricket clubs, try your luck at our famous Crown and Anchor tent and experience an array of great local food. 9 9 SOCA VS REGGAE The North Lawn, Royal Naval Dockyard The fun continues at Bermuda s Cup Match after party, Soca vs Reggae, featuring overseas and local Soca and Reggae DJs playing all the top hits. 10 Must Dos Discover THE TOWN OF ST. GEORGE & ST. DAVID S ISLAND WITH THE EAST END CULTURAL PASSPORT Ask anyone who s been to the Town of St. George and they ll tell you, it s like stepping back in time. Founded more than 400 years ago in 1612, St. George is the oldest continually inhabited English settlement in the New World. The Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which means it is a site of unique historic and cultural importance.
