3 Overview: As an HPH group company, Freeport Container Port s (FCP) four week Crane Training Program was established for internal and external prospects. The training program is part of FCP s overall safety management system assessed by British Standards Institute (BSI) and certified to the OHSAS standard. The training syllabus is also recognized and accepted throughout 51 HPH ports worldwide. Crane Simulator With over 12 years training experience, FCP crane instructors have acquired international training and certification from GlobalSim, MCT, while recognized as OSHA authorized instructors. Further crane training details include: Use of real equipment practical training An understanding of ship-to-shore/ Lattice Boom container cranes Safe operating procedures Daily inspections Crane safety Advanced Real-Time Post Panamax Gantry Crane/Hydraulic Mobile Harbour Crane Training (Gottwald) OHSAS OHS A member of the Hutchison Port Holdings Group
