Balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. 100% of the total amount of the stay for any booking confirmed 30 days or less, before the arrival. Specific payment terms : Stay including free nights and Early Booking 6 months in advance booking : 100% of the total amount of the stay when confirming, non-refundable. Booking conditions : A reservation will be considered as firm only after reception of the deposit and\or the total payment of the stay, according to the conditions above. The payments have to be necessarily subject to a banking proof of the payment in the dates planned (bank and transfers fees are the responsibility of the client). This proof of bank transfer must be sent by to: resa@highspiritlodges.com The non compliance with the terms of payment will lead to the cancellation of the reservation without prior notice. Cancellation fees : The deposit of 50% is non refundable. From 29 to 15 days before arrival : 50% of the total amount of the booked stay. Less than 15 days before arrival / after arrival / Premature departure : 100% of the total amount of the booked stay. No show : 100% of the total amount of the booked stay. The payments of the stays including a special offer (Early Booking, Free Nights ) are non refundable. However, the credit of the stay remains usable in 12 following months. 8
