The Galleria has a strong daytime/worker population base with over 135,239 people working within three miles of the center. The daytime/worker base spends upwards of $753 million in retail and restaurant expenditures annually, additional dollars available to be captured by The Galleria s retailers and restaurants.

11 The Galleria completed a major redevelopment in 2004 which added five upscale fine dining and nightlife establishments including The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Truluck s, PF Chang s and Blue Martini. These restaurants together average over $900 psf.

12 The Galleria is undergoing a $3 million renovation to the Food Court. The new design will feature 7 food court units. One unit will offer approximately 2,800 square feet and the remaining units will offer between 680 and 960 square feet. The redesigned food court will be adjacent to P.F.
