1 London, Iceland & Norwegian Fjords Cruise Experience 19-Day Premium Tour May 21 June 8, 2018 Tentative Itinerary Monday, May 21 Day #1 Home Overnight travel to London All passengers will meet their Tour Manager and fellow travelers at Halifax airport to board our overnight group flight to London s Heathrow airport (airfare included). Passengers traveling from different cities will have their flight to Halifax included (inquire with Collins Tours staff to find nearest available airport). All passengers are flying on Air Canada flights. PLEASE NOTE: ALL PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED to pay the airline any fees associated with checking a bag, as this is not included in the tour price. Your luggage payment is paid directly to the airline. Fees will be charged on both the outbound and return flights. Be sure to have your *valid passport for Customs & Immigration. For all flights, be aware of rules concerning traveling with any liquids or gels. Do not pack prescription medication in your checked baggage. Tuesday, May 22 Day #2 London, England Arrive London, England. After picking up your luggage and clearing customs we board our private transfer to The Royal Houseguards Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel overlooking the River Thames, just opposite the London Eye and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. Enjoy many small restaurants that overlook the river. Note: Check in is not guaranteed until 3:00 p.m. Early check in has been requested. Lunch on own. The rest of your afternoon is free to enjoy your way. Be sure to join us this evening (5:45 7:00 p.m.) for a delightful welcome reception and brief introduction from your tour manager. A light snack and glass of wine or beer are included. Wednesday, May 23 Day #3 London, England (B) Full English buffet breakfast is included in the hotel this morning. Join our professional local guide this morning for a 5.5-hour city tour (included). This will be a panoramic tour of London including entry to St. Paul s Cathedral, changing of the guard and boat cruise on the River Thames! Evening and dinner at your leisure. Thursday, May 24 Day #4 London, England (B, D) Enjoy another delightful complimentary English breakfast this morning. It is London your way! Enjoy the day at your leisure. Optional excursion: We will offer a 4-hour tour to Hampton Court Palace (Cost additional, price TBA). Please let us know if you would like to add this option to your tour package.

2 Meet your Tour Manager this evening (location & time TBA) for a group dinner, complete with complimentary wine or beer (included). This is a great opportunity to get to know each other a little better and share our experiences so far (included). Time and location TBA. Following dinner, get set for a true London experience and an evening to remember we are off to Theatreland for a top Broadway show (ticket included, Show TBA). Transfers to and from your West End show are included. Friday, May 25 - Day #5 Norwegian Jade, Southampton, England (B, L, D) Enjoy another English buffet breakfast at the hotel (included). Your tour manager will handle group check out. Please be sure to cover the cost of incidentals (e.g. room service, movie rental) as these are your expense. This morning, relax at the hotel or take some time to explore more of the many attractions within walking distance of the hotel. At 11:15 a.m., board the complimentary transfer to the pier at Southampton (bag handling fees included.) All aboard the Norwegian Jade for our 14-day Norway, Iceland & UK Cruise. Note: Your Collins Tours teams has completed the check-in process for you! All part of our signature group tour experience. Board in time to enjoy lunch on the ship. Please note, staterooms may not be ready until 3:00 p.m. If you have any carry-on luggage you may store this on board while you enjoy lunch and begin to explore the Jade. Your checked luggage will be delivered to your cabin later today. Be sure to head out on deck for the 5:00 p.m. cast off to wave Bon Voyage to southern England, on course for the North Sea! Saturday, May 26 - Day #6 At Sea (B, L, D) Enjoy a full day at sea, relaxing at the pool and indulging in all the fabulous food and entertainment offerend aboard the Jade! Perhaps it`s a good day to gather with new friends at the ship`s al fresco lounge The Great Outdoors. This evening, join fellow cruisers for a private reception (time & location TBA) followed by wonderful group dinner at the Grand Pacific Dining Room. Your group seating is pre-arranged, with seating assistance from your tour manager. Bon Appetit! (included). 2

3 Sunday, May 27 - Day #7 Bergen, Norway (B, L, D) Wake up in the beautiful scenic seaside city of Bergen, Norway. Today we are offering another 3-hour shore excursion. Highlights include the waterfront area of Bryggen (a UNESCO World Herigage Site), the Rosenkrantz Tower, Mount Floyen and funicular. This excursion is complimentary when you book early, an added value of $120 CDN per person. (included for a limited time only). After early booking bonus the Bergen excursion is additional charge (Price TBA). The Jade is scheduled to be in port today at 10:00 a.m., casting off for Alesund at 8:00 p.m. Enjoy dinner at your leisure in one of the Jades many restaurants or perhaps splurge with a reservation in one of the specialty restaurants (surcharges may apply). Monday, May 28 - Day #8 Alesund, Norway (B, L, D) The Jade is scheduled to dock at 9:00 a.m. in Alesund, one of Norway`s most picturesque towns surrounded by fjords and the peaks of the Sunnmore Alps renowned for it`s Jugend-style architecture and art nouveau style. Perhaps another excursion today is on your agenda or some time walking at your own pace. Set sail for the Shetland Islands at 7:00 p.m. Enjoy dinner at your leisure this evening. Tuesday, May 29 - Day #9 Lerwick, Shetland Islands, Scotland (B, L, D) Welcome to the Shetland Islands, a land shaped by the sea, featuring views of dramatic sculpted cliffs and sandy bays. Lerwick, the capital of the Shetland Islands is an energetic and vibrant Scottish city dotted with grand Victorian houses and made famous by its namesake ponies. We are scheduled to be in port from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Explore at your leisure. Wednesday, May 30 - Day #10 At Sea (B, L, D) Refer to the ship s itinerary for today s highlights. Tonight, we will gather for another exciting group dinner (time and location TBA) to chat about our incredible journey so far and review details about tomorrows optional excursion in Reykjavik! (additional charge, let us know if you would like to add this exciting option to your tour package). Thursday, May 31 - Day #11 Reykjavik, Iceland (B, L, D) The Jade is scheduled to dock in Reykjavik at 8:00 a.m. Iceland`s terrain is visually stunning offering views of lava flows, hot springs and colourful nature. Reykjavik, the world`s most northerly capital city, is known for its museums, a flourishing music scene, and restaurants that rival Europe`s finest. Meet your tour manager (time and location TBA) for your 3

4 optional 5-hour excursion of this colourful land! A definite highlight of the tour and an excursion not to miss, please book early as space is very limited. The Norwegian Jade is docked overnight affording you more time to explore the riches this exciting destination offers. You can come and go from the ship at your leisure this afternoon and evening. Dining on board the ship is still included and all services are fully functional, with the exception of the casino and some shops. Friday, June 1 - Day #12 Reykjavik, Iceland (B, L, D) Enjoy the full morning in port. Perhaps take a dip in the Blue Lagoon natural geothermal spa? Today is a great day to explore more of Reykjavik and perhaps cover ground you did not see yesterday on board your excursion! We set sail again at 4:00 p.m., circumnavigating Iceland and making our way towards Akureyri. Saturday, June 2 - Day #13 Akureyri, Iceland (B, L, D) Nestled along the shores of one of the most breathtaking fjords in Iceland, Akureyri is the nation s second largest urban area and the centre of Icelandic folk culture. The ship docks at 10:00 a.m. affording you the daytime view of entering this stunning fjord. Collins Tours is offering another 4.5-hour optional group shore excursion, another highlight of your cruise experience! Cost of excursion is additional. Price TBA. We set sail for the open sea at 10:00 p.m. Sunday, June 3 - Day #14 At Sea (B, L, D) Enjoy a day at sea as we sail east to Scotland s Orkney Islands. Refer to the ship s itinerary. We meet this evening for another wonderful group diner (time and location TBA) to discuss the wonderful memories we have shared so far, and the remaining experiences still ahead! Enjoy the rest of your evening your way! Monday, June 4 - Day #15 Kirkwall, Orkney Islands, Scotland (B, L, D) The Jade will be docked in Kirkwall from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. These stark islands have a deep history as you can imagine ancient seafaring cultures capitalizing on it s remote yet central location along northern routes. Today, try some of the traditional salmon or lamb dishes, talk to friendly locals, and buy island specialties of cashmere, whiskey and crafts. Tuesday, June 5 - Day #16 Inverness (Invergordon), Scotland (B, L, D) Your entrance to the glorious Scottish Highlands, Inverness, is teeming with bagpipes and a diverse music scene. The Jade arrives in the port of Invergordon at approximately 8:00 a.m. Explore the area on your own or join Collins Tours on their private shore excursion (extra 4

5 charge, price TBA). This optional 5-hour of the Scottish Highlands, including a cruise on Loch Ness to search for Nessie, the famous Loch Ness Monster! Your ship sets sail for Edinburgh at 5:00 p.m. The test of the evening is at your leisure. Wednesday, June 6- Day #17 Edinburgh (Newhaven), Scotland (B, L, D) Walk along the medieval Royal Mile to the Palace of Holyroodhouse to see the Abbey and Queen Mary`s chambers. Scotland`s capital city is full of marvelous Georgian and Victorian architecture, not to mention Edinburgh Castle sitting high above the city. The Jade will dock in the centrally-located Newhaven port from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Thursday, June 7- Day #18 At Sea (B, L, D) Alas, our final sea day. Refer to the ship s itinerary to plan your activities and make the most of it. We will gather this evening for another complimentary cocktail reception, followed by our farewell group dinner (included, time and Location TBA). Time to reminisce about the sights of fjords, fiery lava, first-rate theatre, and if you put your mind to it fairies of Scottish lore (location & time TBA). NOTE: We ask that all passengers join the farewell dinner tonight for final details pertaining to the group disembarkation process. Friday, June 8- Day #19 DISEMBARK Southampton, England (B) The ship is scheduled to dock at 5:00 a.m. We will meet at 9:00 a.m. to complete the group disembarkation process (location TBA) After we are cleared to disembark, board the coach for a transfer to London s Heathrow airport for our flight across the Atlantic, to Halifax and points onwards for some. Return flight information will be included once all flight details are in place. Your return flights are direct from London to Halifax, with some people connecting on from here to other Maritime cities. Canadian citizens are required to have a valid passport that is good for at least THREE MONTHS AFTER your departure date from all countries that make up the Schengen area (Norway, UK, IcelandNetherlands, Belgium, France, Portugal and Spain). Citizens of other countries should call and verify there required documentation. Currency varies among the countries visited during this tour. The following includes the currency and exchange rates as of January England and Scotland currency is the British Pound Sterling (GBP); 1 GBP = 1.65 CAD. Norway s currency: Norwegian Krone (NOK); 1 NOK = 0.16 CAD Iceland = Iceland Krona (ISK); 1 ISK = 0.11 CAD Duty Free Rules: You can claim $800 per person for trips outside Canada for at least 48 hours. 5

6 Airline fees for checked or oversize bags (both outbound and inbound flights) are not included in your tour package and are your responsibility. These fees are to be paid to the airline. All liquids and gels must be 3oz or less and sealed in a Ziploc bag. Once at the security checkpoint, this bag must be removed from your carryon and placed in a bin for TSA screening. Prescription medication should be kept in its original container or the prescription should be carried with you during travel.
