5 Introducing ms Koningsdam Arriving April 2016! Currently under construction at Fincantieri s Marghera shipyard in Italy, ms Koningsdam represents a new Pinnacle Class of ship for Holland America Line. When it sets sail on its Premier Voyage in April 2016, the vessel will debut several innovative concepts and new public venues while still featuring popular amenities guests associate with Holland America Line. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy fine dining in several alternative restaurants including Sel de Mer, a new French seafood brasserie; a new immersive farm-to-table dinner experience in the Culinary Arts Centre presented by Food & Wine magazine; a re-designed casual Lido Market with themed serving stations; a stunning main dining room; and favourites such as Pinnacle Grill, Canaletto Italian restaurant and pan-asian Tamarind. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in charges, taxes and currency. Prices are subject to change with or without notice, whether or not the final balance of your holiday has been paid. Airfares, cruise and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Hotels are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Does not include additional accommodation made necessary by flight schedules. Purchase of additional accommodation may be required. The shipboard credit is in US dollar currency per stateroom or per person as specified in the itinerary. The shipboard credit applies to a maximum of 2 persons sharing a cabin. The shipboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be used at the medical centre or casino. The shipboard credit must be used by completion of the cruise. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS Once you have decided on your holiday, simply ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to book it with us. On confirmation of your booking, a written confirmation will be sent to your Cruiseco Travel Agent. An option will be given for 3-7 days and before the option expires it will be necessary for you to pay a deposit. The deposit amount required to secure your holiday may depend on the length of your cruise. A minimum deposit of $1200 per person will apply. Your Cruiseco travel agent will advise you at the time of booking, should any additional deposit amount be required and when they are due. This deposit secures your cruise berth and hotel room. Final payment is due 100 days prior to departure from Australia. If your booking is made within 100 days of departure from Australia, full payment will be due immediately. Failure to pay the deposit by the option due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. Any special meal requirements will be made on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. Please advise your Cruiseco Travel Agent of your requirements at time of booking. WHAT S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE Gratuities (Hotel Service Charge)*, Optional Tour and Transfer Packages, passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, beverages (except as specifically mentioned in each itinerary), items of a personal nature, optional excursions etc. The price does not cover costs and expenses, including the return to your home, if you leave the cruise of your own volition, or due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government. *A daily Hotel Service Charge is automatically added to each guest s shipboard account. ITINERARY CHANGES Holland America Line reserves the right to amend the cruise itinerary at any time up to and during the voyage. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to departure from Australia (providing full payment has been received). If you are departing Australia earlier, please ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to request your travel documents in good time. TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend that you obtain comprehensive international travel and medical insurance before paying a deposit. Failure to obtain travel insurance will not waive any cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip. BOOKING CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel your holiday, we must be notified in writing. The day that we receive this notice in writing will be considered the date that your cancellation has been made. Certain cancellation fees apply to your holiday, if cancelled after a deposit or final payment has been made. These cancellation fees will be levied by the shipping company and possibly the airline and other suppliers, and will be greater the closer to your travel date that you cancel. You should check very carefully with your Cruiseco Travel Agent what these fees are, before you make your booking. A fee of $25.00 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to your Cruiseco Travel Agent. The following scale of charges (includes G.S.T.) will apply when notice of cancellation is given prior to holiday departure. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership is complimentary for all customers who have made final payment for their Cruiseco holiday and are not already Qantas Frequent Flyer members. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership is non-transferable and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Points are not awarded on port charges, government fees, on board gratuities and air taxes. Qantas Frequent Flyer membership and points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. This offer may be withdrawn at any time which may occur before final payment is made.
