2 Our Vantage Fares come with the choice of the following benefits. Simply select which you feel would enhance your holiday the most: ON BOARD SPENDING MONEY CAR PARKING COACH TRANSFERS AIRPT PARKING Apply to cruises of 7 nights or more. On Monday 23rd July we will be launching our new Vantage Fares for cruises departing from April Any future booking you make with Cunard or P&O Cruises on our Vantage Fares will benefi t from all of the following advantages: Our Vantage Fares offer: Price Promise protection Your choice of cabin type, location and number * Your choice of family and single cabins * One of the following benefits included in your fare: On board spending money or Car parking in or Return coach travel to or Airport parking on selected fly-cruises Flexibility to make amendments to, or even change, your cruise entirely up to 90 days prior to departure, subject to our booking terms and conditions Access to Family and Share Saver reductions Reduced deposit from15% to 10% when you book by 31 August 2012 *Subject to availability, so it pays to book early So, it pays to book on our Vantage Fares as they offer the best option for a great cruise with 100% peace of mind. And, of course, having booked early, you will now benefit from all the above advantages, including having been able to secure your preferred cruise and choice of cabin. On Board Spending Money Available on cruises of 7 nights or more. On board spending money varies by voyage duration, is based on the number of nights spent on board, and applies to the first two guests sharing a cabin/stateroom. This can be spent in the shops, bars, restaurants, spa and towards shore excursions. On board spending money is non-refundable and non-transferable. Car Parking Available on all roundtrip cruises of 7 nights or more. Leave your car in a secure car park (one space per booking). Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this service and then contact Cruise & Passenger Services Ltd (the operator) direct on or via to arrange your car parking no less than 35 days in advance of your departure. Coach Transfers Available on all roundtrip cruises of 7 nights or more. Coach transfers are available to all passengers on the booking. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this service and then for P&O Cruises contact Eavesway Travel (the operator) direct on no later than 35 days prior to departure or for Cunard contact Intercruises (the operator) direct on no later than 30 days prior to departure. A list of cities that have pick up points is located in the respective brochures published April Airport Parking Available on all selected two way fly-cruises. Airport parking is offsite at the relevant airport (one space per booking) with transfers between the car park and airport terminal. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this service and then contact APH Airport Parking and Hotels Ltd (the operator) direct on , quoting cruise booking reference number, 35 days prior to departure, to book your car parking. Amendments to car details can be made up to 48 hours prior to departure day at no additional cost. In most cases airport transfers operate every 10 to 15 minutes however some will operate on a demand basis. Passengers must check with APH and arrive in plenty of time to park their car before checking in for their flight. If you wish to cancel your booking you can do so up to 48 hours before departure, but please ensure you notify both Cunard/P&O Cruises and APH. These benefits are not combinable. One benefit is applicable per booking.

3 New Price Promise Launching 23rd July 2012 on cruises departing from April 2013 We promise that, should we reduce the Vantage Fare for a holiday you have already booked (your cruise and cabin/stateroom type with the same terms and conditions), we will pass on the value of the reduction to you automatically in the form of a complimentary benefi t such as on board spending money or a cabin/stateroom upgrade. If, however, fares for your holiday should rise after you have made your booking, and they may, you can rest assured that you have received excellent value by booking early so both ways you win. This means that any future bookings you make on our new Vantage Fares applicable to cruises departing from April 2013 will be protected by our Price Promise. The Price Promise applies to Vantage Fares published by Cunard and P&O Cruises, where the Vantage Fare on a holiday you have already booked has been reduced, and the new Vantage Fare applies to the same cruise and grade of cabin, sold under the same terms and conditions (such as the deposit and cancellation terms and whether it is possible to select a cabin number). The complimentary benefit applied shall be at the absolute discretion of Cunard and P&O Cruises. The Price Promise does not apply to our Getaway Fares, holiday add-ons, nor where Cunard and P&O Cruises is not the tour operator selling the holiday. Complimentary benefi ts are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation fees are assessed on the original price of your booking. Peninsular Club and Cunard World Club fare discounts will continue to be offered but the resultant fare is not classed as a reduced Vantage Fare. If you are a Peninsular Club and Cunard World Club member your on board discount applies after all on board spending money has been used. Contents 4-11 Getaway Fares We also want to let you know that, closer to the departure of a cruise, Getaway Fares may be offered. Getaway Fares, if they are offered on a particular cruise, are restricted fares, which are NOT protected by our new Price Promise, and they do not allow a passenger to choose their particular cabin/stateroom - this will be allocated by Cunard/P&O Cruises. These fares also require 100% of the cost of the holiday to be paid at the time of booking and, if cancelled, 100% cancellation fee will be applied

In a bid to help answer these, we have penned a number of responses we believe will be most useful. Q. WHY ARE YOU OFFERING THE NEW VANTAGE FARES AND PRICE PROMISE? A. The Price Promise is designed to give you the confi dence to secure your booking early, safe in the knowledge that if we were to reduce the Vantage Fare for a holiday you have already booked, we will pass on the value of the reduction to you automatically in the form of a complimentary benefi t such as on board spending money or a cabin upgrade. Q. WILL THE VANTAGE FARE ADVANTAGES APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHEN I BOOK? A. Some of the advantages are subject to availability so to maximise your choice it is advisable to book early. The choice of Vantage Fare benefi ts will be available whenever you book. Q. WILL YOU PROACTIVELY TELL PEOPLE IF YOU REDUCE YOUR VANTAGE FARES? A. Yes. If we reduce our Vantage Fares then we will advise you in writing of the reduction and will apply a complimentary benefit to the value of the fare reduction made. This will be in the form of on board spending money or a cabin upgrade. Q. HOW DO I CLAIM MY COMPLIMENTARY BENEFIT? A. You don t need to do anything as we will send you confi rmation of your complimentary benefi t prior to departure. For upgrades, this confi rmation will include details of your new cabin allocation. If your complimentary benefi t is on board spending money, this will automatically be applied to your on board account when you board your ship. The complimentary benefi t is applied at the discretion of P&O Cruises and Cunard Line. Q. IF I RECEIVE AN UPGRADE CAN I CHOOSE MY CABIN? A. If you receive an upgrade as part of the Price Promise we will allocate a cabin on your behalf. Q. HOW CAN I SPEND MY ON BOARD SPENDING MONEY? A. On board spending money can be spent in the on board shops, bars, restaurants, spa and towards shore excursions. It cannot be spent in the casino, medical department or used towards a future cruise booking. Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON T USE ALL MY ON BOARD SPENDING MONEY? A. Both on board spending money and any upgrade is non-refundable and nontransferable. Q. I M A PENINSULAR CLUB CUNARD WLD CLUB MEMBER, WILL MY ON BOARD DISCOUNT STILL APPLY? A. Yes, your on board discount will apply to purchases made once your complimentary on board spending money has been used. 18

Prices shown are lowest grade of cabin within the stated cabin type unless indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to vary particulars and prices shown in this leaflet after the date of publication. Prices and offers advertised in this leaflet or elsewhere may be withdrawn or changed. PRICE PROMISE We promise that, should we reduce the Vantage Fare for a holiday you have already booked (your cruise and cabin type with the same terms and conditions), we will pass on the value of the reduction to you automatically in the form of a complimentary benefit such as on board spending money or an upgrade. If, however, fares for your holiday should rise after you have made your booking, and they may, you can rest assured that you have received excellent value by booking early so both ways you win. The Price Promise applies to Vantage Fares published by P&O Cruises and Cunard Line where the Vantage Fare on a holiday you have already booked has been reduced and the new Vantage Fare applies to the same cruise and grade of cabin, sold under the same terms and conditions (such as the deposit and cancellation terms and whether it is possible to select a cabin number). The complimentary benefit applied shall be at the absolute discretion of P&O Cruises and Cunard Line. The Price Promise does not apply to our Getaway Fares, holiday add-ons, nor where P&O Cruises or Cunard Line is not the tour operator selling the holiday. Complimentary benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation fees are assessed on the original price of your booking. Peninsular Club or Cunard World Club fare discounts will continue to be offered but the resultant fare is not classed as a reduced Vantage Fare. If you are a Peninsular Club or Cunard World Club member your on board discount applies after all on board spending money has been used. GETAWAY FARES Closer to the departure of a cruise, Getaway Fares may be offered. Getaway Fares, if they are offered on a particular cruise, are restricted fares, which are NOT protected by our new Price Promise, and they do not allow a passenger to choose their particular cabin - this will be allocated by us around 14 days before departure (for bookings made within the 14 day period, your cabin number could be allocated anytime up to departure). These fares also require 100% of the cost of the holiday to be paid at the time of booking and, if cancelled, 100% cancellation fee will be applied. Once a booking has been made on a Getaway Fare, no amendments are permitted. Availability may be limited. These terms and conditions vary, where relevant, the applicable P&O Cruises Booking Conditions, which are otherwise unchanged. FAMILY SAVERS AND SHARE SAVERS If travelling with children or teenagers, P&O s Family Savers on Aurora, Azura, Oceana and Ventura offer generous reductions, utilising the extra beds that are contained in a number of cabins. Savers are available if three or four adults are sharing a cabin. Please note that only a limited number of cabins will be available for Family Savers and Share Savers. Family and Share savers are not available for the first two occupants or on single occupancy. SINGLE OCCUPANCY IN SHARED CABINS P&O offer a number of cabins for single occupancy and both Cunard and P&O offer them at an additional supplement.
