Passengers are welcme t bard at 6:00 p.m. After yu ve settled cmfrtably in yur cabin, we ll intrduce ur crew t yu befre having dinner. At nightfall, we ll leave n a rmantic tur f Nevers with lanterns. We ll remain in prt vernight. DAY 2: NEVERS MARSEILLES-LES-AUBIGNY All meals served n bard. This mrning, jin us fr a visit f Nevers. Our visit will begin with the Espace Bernadette Subirus, the final resting place f the simple cuntry girl frm Lurdes wh claimed t have seen the Virgin 18 times. We ll begin ur visit with the priry, ne f the mst imprtant restratin sites in Burgundy fr the past 15 years. We ll then visit a farm deep in the cuntryside, where we ll experience the rustic calm and authenticity that can be fund nly in France. We ll visit the vineyards, the wine cellar and enjy a tasting. Once we return n bard, we ll cntinue twards Léré. DAY 6: LERE - BRIARE All meals served n bard. Excursin t Sancerre and a gat farm. Set in the histric Berry regin, Sancerre verlks the grgeus Lire Valley. Yu ll discver this beautiful medieval city by fllwing the Fil d'ariane: a red line painted n the streets taking yu past the ld wine-making neighbrhds, bakeries, fascinating buildings, and lvely art galleries. The Fief Twer (significant stairs t climb) is the nly remaining twer f the 14th-century medieval castle. Afterwards, we ll visit a gat farm and have a tasting f its trademark cheeses and the lcal Sancerre wine. The family n the farm is raising apprximately 200 gats and 60 cws and will be happy t share their cheese-making secrets with yu. We ll spend the afternn cruising t Briare, cruising thrugh the Briare Aqueduct, whse 14 masnry supprts were built by the Eiffel Cmpany.
