5 CHESWORTH ROOM MEETING SPACES Chesworth Room is ideal for larger conferences, with state-ofthe-art AV equipment, data projector and automated screen. The room also features its own private terrace area overlooking the marina, an all-weather pergola, gas fireplace, drop-down weather screens, making it a perfect setting for morning and afternoon tea.

7 BOARDROOMS & BREAKOUTS MEETING SPACES The Executive Boardroom seats 12 and is complete with the latest AV equipment, data projector and automated screen. Lower Corlette and Lower Dalton each seat eight, have a TV screen and white board, and boast picture windows overlooking the marina.

A balcony or verandah adjoin each suite, villa or room and most have uninterrupted water views. You can choose either a king-size bed or twin-single beds. Our guest services include room service until late, laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi and car parking. Kindly note we are a non-smoking property.

Relax in your spacious living area before retiring to the king-size bed in the beautiful master bedroom, which features quaint plantation shutters. In most Loft Suites you ll also find a freestanding bath and a separate shower adjoining your upstairs bedroom. Your downstairs living area includes a fold-out sofa to sleep an extra guest. In a two-bedroom loft suite, on the mezzanine level you ll find your second bedroom with en suite featuring a freestanding bath, separate shower, and your choice of either a king bed or twin-single beds.

THE ANCHORAGE VILLA Our Hamptons-inspired villa is the perfect place for four people to share. With 180-degree views over the picture-postcard marina to idyllic Port Stephens, this beautiful two-bedroom, two-storey villa is fully self-contained. On the upper level is a master-bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite, and a couple s retreat room leading to a private balcony. On the lower level you ll find separate dining and lounge areas, plus a private bedroom with a king-size bed or twin single beds and en suite. You ll love the outdoor Jacuzzi and sundeck. We have an outdoor games lawn with a selection of games such as croquet and Finska, plus games for the beach, including beach cricket. We can also provide yoga classes and cooking masterclasses with our chef.

24 LOCAL ACTIVITIES EATING ACTIVITIES & DRINKING Port Stephens is nature at its very best, with a choice of land adventures including bush walking, horse riding and golf, mixed with the delights of the ocean such as sailing, whale watching, paddle-boarding and kayaking. 25 LAND ACTIVITIES ACTIVITIES GOLF Golfers are spoilt for choice in the area, with no less than four 18-hole courses close by. Horizons golf course is just a fiveminute drive from The Anchorage, and the championship course Pacific Dunes is 30 minutes away. If mini-golf is more your thing, there are two mini golf courses to choose from in Nelson Bay. GOURMET Try the local oysters, macadamias, figs, olives and avocados direct from the nearby farms, or head to the local Wonganella Winery and Murray s Brewery, which offer tours and a selection of boutique wines and beers for all tastes.

ACTIVITIES SEA KAYAKING Kayaking is a great way to experience the natural surroundings of Port Stephens from a different perspective. It s a perfect way to exercise, take in the beautiful scenery and learn a new skill. PADDLE BOARDING Paddle boarding is not only great exercise but it enables you to see and experience the amazing bays, picturesque beaches and wildlife first hand. WHALE / DOLPHIN WATCH CRUISE Welcome to the world of whales and dolphins. Cruise or sail around Port Stephens beautiful bays while admiring the abundance of marine life you can see dolphins all year round and a humpback whales during the whale season (May-November). Cruises can be arranged for drop-off and pick-up at The Anchorage Port Stephens. SWIM WITH DOLPHINS An exhilarating experience of swimming through the waters amid pods of beautiful wild dolphins is an unforgettable and must-do activity.

27 SAND ACTIVITIES ACTIVITIES SAND BOARDING Hit the clean, white sand dunes at the stunning Birubi and Anna Bay beach. Surf down the massive dunes, up to 40 metres high, if you dare! CAMEL RIDING You can catch a camel ride on Birubi beach, which is the northernmost point of Stockton beach, the largest moving coastal sand mass in the southern hemisphere. Most camel rides last for 20 minutes, however you can also embark on an hour-long sunset ride. HORSE RIDING Experience a scenic horse ride in bushland and along beach trails. Tours are available for riders of all ages and abilities. QUAD BIKING Experience the magnificence of the Worimi sand dunes on Stockton beach at a faster pace, riding from bush to beach with expert guides. Take in the wonders of the highest sand dunes, the glorious views of the sweeping coastline, and learn about the history of the land. 4WD BEACH AND DUNE TOURS The Beach and Dune Tour offers the perfect snapshot of this amazing landscape. Explore the 2500 hectares of sand dunes that make up Stockton beach on a fully-guided tour in a purpose-built 4WD vehicle.
