3 FSUE ROSMORPORT Was founded in 2003 Is under authority of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation The main task of Enterprise is to promote the development of sea transport infrastructure of Russia by effective operation, maintenance and development of the state-owned property consolidated to Rosmorport in seaports Staff > employees Headquarters in Moscow Branches in each Russian seaport

11 New alternative types of marine fuel At the present time: 2015 max sulfur content 0.1% there is no infrastructure for LNG supply and bunkering in the ports of Russian Baltic there is no information yet about any merchant ship reconstruction for use of LNG as a ship fuel Rosmorport has a plan to reequip one of the tugs in Caspian Sea to use LNG as a fuel in 2014 negotiations between GazProm and Rosmorport
