A convenient alternative to keeping your boat afloat. Offering secure shore storage and flexible, on demand launching all year round. A dry berthing contract includes storage ashore for the contract period and launch cycles. A launch cycle consists of a launch, haul out and pressure wash. 4 STORAGE ASHORE DRY BERTHING PACKAGES Annual Dry Berth 1st April 31st March 337 per metre Summer Dry Berth 230 per metre Vessels stored on a road trailer Receive 10 launch cycles with each package Vessels without a trailer Receive 6 launch cycles with each package A minimum charge of 6.1m applies for all Dry Berthing contracts. All of our storage ashore contracts include A fully serviced berth ashore at any time during the contract period Mast storage where applicable If you are leaving the mast in situ while your vessel is stored ashore, land legs or a cradle must be used for stability (unless your vessel has twin keels). SUMMER WINTER Summer Storage Ashore 130 per metre Winter Storage Ashore 130 per metre HIRE Cradle 54 / month or part there of Dehumidifier 20 / month or part there of Electricity Cable 15 / month or part there of Heater 20 / month or part there of ELECTRICITY & WATER Electricity is charged at the prevailing rate. Water is available in the storage area (hoses not supplied). Lift one way for vessels up to 38 tons. Price includes: Tow to or from the Mylor area moorings or pontoon berths Haul out or Launch Moving to the dock before launch or handling and chocking ashore after haul out Lifting to or from road transport PRESSURE WASHING 7.85 per metre. Price includes: Pressure washing below the waterline Outdrives on motor boats are charged at an additional 21 per outdrive. ANTIFOULING 40.00/hour + materials Charged on a time and materials basis. Quote available on request. RACING SCRUB OR SURVEY SLIP per metre. Price includes: Tow to or from the Mylor area moorings or pontoon berths Haul out Hold in the Slings for a maximum of one tide Pressure wash below the waterline Relaunch Return of vessel to its location within the Mylor area moorings or pontoons DRYING OUT Prices are per tide / boat: On the beach 20 Against the wall 30 TOWING Tow within the Mylor moorings area (per tow) Vessels up to 7.6 metres (25ft) 31 Vessels 7.6 metres (25ft) & above 41
