Everyone must bring their passports / ID cards each time to enter the Casino for lunch and dinner. At the Casino reception, a member of the Event Organising team will help you with the process. Under 18 team members and accompanying guests will also be served at the Casino but in an area that can be accessed without going into the Casino. Ask at reception if you need assistance, a member of the Event Organising team will help you. ***Delegates staying at Hotel Maya will have lunch in the Casino, but dinner in the restaurant by the second hall (Dadry s Restaurant)

8 CONGRESS INFORMATION Congress will take place on Wednesday 19th September starting at 09:30am. This will be in Hotel Meliá in the Europa room. At the end of the Congress, the Organising Committee for the European Championships 2019 in Nantes (FRANCE) will offer a reception for delegates. Delegates not staying in Hotel Meliá: From Hotel Tryp Gran Sol - 5 minute walk From Hotel Maya - delegates can use the oficial transport, please check the schedules (later in this document)
