2 What is Meals on Wheels? Meals on Wheels is a service that delivers frozen or hot meals to people who can't make or buy meals themselves because of a disability or illness. Here is a list of places in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) that provide this service. There is a fee. Call the Meals on Wheels service closest to you to find out the cost.
