Temporary HOV lanes will be in effect from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily between June 29 to August 18 inclusive. The following highways in and around Toronto have temporary HOV lanes: Provincial highways Municipal highways Queen Elizabeth Way Don Valley Parkway Highway 401 Gardiner Expressway Highway 404 Lake Shore Highway 427 The following vehicles have access to the HOV lanes: Provincial and municipal highways Accredited Games vehicles Emergency vehicles Public transit Licensed taxis Motor vehicles with 3+ occupants (June 29 July 27) Motor vehicles with 2+ occupants (July 28 August 18) Provincial highways only Airport limousine Electric vehicles with green licence plates Municipal highways only Motorcycles The temporary Toronto HOV lanes are in effect on: Gardiner Expressway and QEW Spadina Avenue to Guelph Line Road Highway 404 Highway 7 to Highway 401 Highway 401 Victoria Park Avenue to Westney Road Highway 401 Dixie Road to Kennedy Road (westbound only) Highway 427 Dundas Street to Rathburn Road Don Valley Parkway York Mills Road to Dundas Avenue Lake Shore East Jarvis Street to just east of the Don Valley Parkway Lake Shore West Just west of York Street to Exhibition Place Jane Street Steeles Avenue to just north of Highway 407 (southbound only)

2 Fines and Penalties for Misuse If convicted of misuse on municipal roadways, there will be a fine of $85 plus tax. If convicted of misuse on provincial roadways, there will be a fine of $110 and docking of 3 demerit points. Carpool Partners Make use of the temporary HOV lanes by carpooling! More than 250 unique performances and exhibitions, both free and ticketed, will take place across Toronto from July 10 to August 15. 5 TORONTO GAME AND CULTURAL VENUES - CLOSURES & RESTRICTIONS Area Venue Location Known Alerts Downtown Toronto Multiple Venues June 29 to August 18 No stopping on and no left turns on Lower Jarvis Street/ Jarvis St. between Lake Shore and Carlton Street, from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Exception: Left turns permitted from Jarvis Street to Richmond Street (northbound only). Exception: Left turns prohibited from Jarvis Street onto Dundas Street from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM and from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The reversible lane on Jarvis Street will remain as a northbound-only lane at all times. No stopping and no left turns along College Street/ Carlton Street between St. George Street and Jarvis Street from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. No left turn from University Avenue onto College Street. No left turn from Lake Shore onto Parliament Street or Sherbourne Street. Signal timing changes on stretches of Lower Jarvis Street/ Jarvis Street, College Street/ Carlton Street and Lake Shore may result in longer wait times at traffic signals. No standing on Church Street between Wood Street and Alexander Street at all times, from July 10 to August 16. Refer to event map for road closures associated with races at Ontario Place West Channel. June 30 to August 1 Canada is closed between Manitoba Drive and Lake Shore. July 4 to 26 Manitoba Drive is closed between Saskatchewan Road and Strachan Avenue. No right turn from southbound Strachan Avenue onto Manitoba Drive.
