Resolutions Submission #1 AtBC AGM November 16, 2011 Motion Resolution Submission #1 AtBC AGM November 2011 Submitted By: Aboriginal Tourism Association of British Columbia (AtBC) Board of Directors Whereas: Aboriginal Tourism British Columbia has established corporate bylaws; And Whereas: Aboriginal Tourism British Columbia Board of Directors has defined the term Aboriginal in Part 1 as: means a person of Indian (status or non-status), Métis or Inuit ancestry living on or off reserve ; And Whereas: AtBC has current Aboriginal stakeholders from other North American First Nation communities who provide Aboriginal tourism experiences in BC; Therefore be it Resolved: That the definition in Part 1 be revised to read as follows: means a person of North American Indian (status or non status) Métis or Inuit living on or off reserve.
