2 B.C. Reg. /72 PROVINCIAL ELECTIONS ACT Regulation made by Order in Council No., approved May, 1972 pursuant to section 38. The Order in Council dividing electoral districts into polling divisions, being Order in Council 2313/66, and every amendment thereto, are amended and consolidated as follows:- REGULATION DIVIDING ELECTORAL DISTRICTS INTO POLLING DIVISIONS 1. Where the name of a polling division in schedule A is not designated as being described in schedule B or as being described by reference to a description contained in an existing Order in Council, that polling division shall, pursuant to subsection (2) of section 38 of the Provincial Elections Act, be deemed to be described by the place named, and the surrounding territory tributary to it, from the standpoint of accessibility. 2.
