2 About Einpart LLC Einpart is a highly specialized company formed by experts working within the wind industry for more than 20 years. We delivers EMG certified lifting bags for tools and rope access, as well as equipment bags, primarily to the wind- and offshore industry, but also to the onshore industry. Our certified bags meet high safety standards and requirements and many of our bags are specially designed in collaboration with our customers, ensuring a consistent improvement of our products. We design the best-in-class products in Denmark and manufacturing takes place in Vietnam. To ensure compliance, quality control of all products is conducted by our Danish quality staff. The EMG certified lifting bags was developed because of the need for better and safer products in the wind industry. The tool bag branch arose out of a need for bags to be used when transferring persons and cargo to and from offshore wind turbines. Nothing was approved and developed in 2002 for that particular market, so EMG started the development of a special bag that could be used for this purpose. The initial model 3597 and 3585 was made and tested in After one year of testing, the first models were made and put into service at the Horns Rev Wind Farm no. 1. Subsequently, several major wind turbine manufacturers have been involved in the development process of all the tool bags that EMG offers today. Each tool bag has a special purpose and all tool bags are certified according to the EC directive for machines. EMG uses Force Technology for special testing of our equipment and tool bags. Einpart-EMG tool bag department has its main focus on individual solutions and needs of the customer.

3 CE-APPROVED LIFTING BAGS All of our lifting bags have a CE-approval. The lifting bags have been manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the Council Directive of 17 May 2006 (2006/42/EF) on the Approximation of the laws of the member states relating to machinery and US standard ASME B30.9. These bags are delivered with a serial number and a certificate. Certified toolbags have a recommended service life of 5 years and are subject to inspections every 6 or 12 months, as any other lifting equipment. MEANING OF CATALOGUE ICONS The bags are sorted in predefined quantities in our storage. Ordering in these amounts will ease packaging and shipping. You can still order other quantities if needed. This product has a CE-approval and can be used for hoisting as long as the WLL requirements are met. This product is manufactured from a water repellent material. In som cases the product is totally waterproof. This will be specified in the product description. This icon shows the volume of the product.
