2 LOW-SEASON DATES: HIGH-SEASON DATES: - 24th March to 10th April 11th April to 26th May 27th May to 5th June 6th June to 12th July 13th July to 11th September 12th September to 30th September Campsite Booking Terms & Conditions Groups Policy: Please note that we are a families & couples orientated park and we do not generally accept singles groups or unrelated groups of people on the campsite. Small and responsible adult groups may be permitted at our discretion (by prior arrangement only). If a group is booked in online despite this condition, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the entire group and no refunds will be given. No unsupervised minors or stag / hen parties are permitted on the park under any circumstances. Bank Holidays: There is a 3 nights minimum stay on the August Bank Holiday weekend and 2 nights minimum stay on all other Bank Holiday weekends. All Bank Holiday bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Deposits are not taken for Bank Holiday weekends and payments received upfront for Bank Holiday weekends are non-refundable.

3 Deposits: A deposit of 20 per pitch (or 10% of the booking total if this is higher than 20) is payable at the time of booking for all dates other than Bank Holidays. Deposits are not accepted within 7 days of arrival as payment in full is due within 7 days of your arrival. Deposits taken to book pitches are absolutely non-refundable. Settlement: Cancellations: Final settlement of the overall booking cost is due seven days prior to your arrival. If a booking is not settled in full seven days prior to arrival then we reserve the right to offer the pitch to someone else should the need arise. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If you have paid in full upfront and need to cancel more than 7 days before your due arrival date (on any other date than a Bank Holiday Weekend), then we agree to refund to you the difference between the standard deposit ( 20 or 10% of the total booking cost per pitch if higher then 20) and the amount you have paid to us. No refunds will be given within 7 days of your due arrival date. Payment Methods: Payments are preferred by debit or credit card. Payment by card is the quickest and easiest method and can be made over the phone to the park reception or head office, or alternatively via our website at Please note that credit cards carry a 2% banking surcharge. Cash is accepted on-site however please note that we no longer accept cheques for camping bookings. BACS payments can be arranged if necessary. Arrival & Departure: Pitching up: Pitches are available from 10am on the day of arrival and must be vacated by midday on the day of your departure. Late departure by 5pm can be arranged at reception for a fee of 5. Anyone who stays beyond their scheduled departure time will either be charged 5 if leaving by 5pm, or for the following nights pitch fee if leaving beyond 5pm of the scheduled departure day and the due departure time will then be updated to midday of the following day. As a fire precaution, please pitch up at least 6 meters away from other dwellings [tents etc.] on the campsite. If you pitch up too close to an existing dwelling on the campsite then we may have to ask you to move your accommodation to a different area. Vehicles and ancillary equipment are permitted within this space provided that there is a clear 3 meter space within the 6 meters separation.

4 Guests: Please note that we DO NOT accept day visitors at Greenways of Gower. Only paying customers may use the campsite and park facilities. Barrier Access: Upon arrival please head to the park reception to check in. You will be given a barrier access card for which we shall require a 10 deposit. This is fully refundable when you check-out and return the card. Although not essential, if you could bring this 10 deposit in cash it does help. You will also be given a tent ticket, please tie this to your tent in a prominent position. Barbeques: Music: Proper barbeques are permitted on the park, however the disposable types are not permitted (as we have seen a number of incidents with these over the years). Please ensure that barbeques are kept off the grass and PLEASE do not leave hot barbeques unattended at any time. Whilst we are happy for people to play music on the campsite, this must be played at a low volume and not cause annoyance to fellow campers. NO MUSIC IS TO BE PLAYED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10PM to 9AM Dogs: Well behaved dogs, with responsible owners, are welcome at the campsite provided that a few basic rules are adhered to. Please ensure dogs are kept on a short leash at all times whilst on the park, free-roaming is not acceptable. Please exercise dogs offsite. We have a huge dog friendly beach just down the road and numerous fantastic walks on our doorstep. Finally, it should go without saying, that for the safety of children and the enjoyment of everyone, we respectfully ask that owners clean up after their dogs wherever they may foul. Behaviour: All visitors to the park are required to act responsibly and respectfully at all times whilst on the park and in the local community and to be respectful of fellow campers. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Illicit drug use will not be tolerated. Vandalism or thuggish behaviour will not be tolerated. We will contact the local constabulary if we have serious concerns regarding breaches of the above.

5 Data Protection: The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation at the Park. We may process your data to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you from us, however we will not pass your data on to any third parties. If you do not want us to contact you using your booking data, please let us know. By using our online booking facility, your data shall be disclosed to CampStead Ltd., who manage our Campmanager online booking system & software. CampStead Ltd. may contact you by after your stay inviting you to complete a brief questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our campsite. We hope this is ok, there is no obligation of course.
