Treasure hunts, dino-mite crafts, games and adventures will be filled with fossil fun as we kick off the first week of camp in the most primal way! Week 2: Camp DASH Splash (Water Week): Grab your towel and be prepared to get WET camp will be closed in observance of the 4 th of July on Wednesday but that won t shorten the fun. A carnival will visit camp with endless fun of games, prizes, food and entertainment. Don t miss out as we close the week with an ice cream sundae bar and a camp cookout! Amphibians and reptiles visit with their handlers and capture the eyes and hearts of campers as they learn about these slick species who won t be found in your backyard! Week 4: Food Factor Week: Bring your appetite and fill up on FUN when food trucks visit camp. Taste testing, pie eating contests, baking competitions and more take place as campers will also learn and experiment with foods from around the world week 4 will leave you full but hungry for more! Week 5: Beach Ya To It (Water Week): Water week is back! And its bucket is filled with trips to the beach, water wars, balloon toss relay, water cup derby and a wet and wild kick ball tourney! Pack an extra towel; nobody stays dry when a fire truck visits camp to cool down the fun. Week 6: Fuzzy & Furry Week: Fuzzy, furry and frilly they re all coming to camp with their handlers to put a smile on our face. Campers will learn how humans can help animals in need and be responsible pet caretakers. Campers will be visited by a variety of animals, a storyteller, animal face painting and more. All crafts and games are fuzzy and furry fun you ll love! Week 7: Movin & Groovin Week: Come close out camp with a groovin good time as we celebrate with a dance party, a DJ and as always the traditional camp musical. A magician stops by to WOW us with his tricks and eye-popping performance that you won t be able to forget. The week is filled with non-stop fun, activities and memories that will leave you wishing camp would never come to an end! Registration begins April 16 th

3 PAYMENT / TUITION: With each camp registration, payment is required for a minimum of 2 weeks. The only exception is if you are signing up for only 1 week all summer long. Then, and only then, will payment be accepted for 1 week. Payments may be made by check, credit card or cash. All transfers, credits, or cancellations received prior to 30 days before the first day of camp (June 25 th ) are assessed a fee of $25 per child, per camp week. No refunds, credits, or transfers are issued for requests received within one month of the start of camp (June 25 th ). In the case of illness and injury, requests are considered only when accompanied with a doctor s note and letter requesting the exception. The $25.00 fee still applies. No requests will be considered after the first day of camp. PARTICIPANT / PARENT / GUARDIAN AGREEMENT: This health history is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and my son/daughter has permission to engage in all prescribed camp activities, except as noted in the health report, my son/daughter is in good health. In consideration for participating in activities sponsored by the Town of Waterford, I hereby waive and release the Town of Waterford, it s agents, officers and employees, whether paid or voluntary, from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, and or judgments, including attorney s fees and court costs, which may arise from my child s participation in activities or any illness or injury resulting there from, either directly or incidentally. I hereby represent that I understand and am familiar with the nature and type of activities in which my child participates in. I acknowledge that I will be solely responsible for the furnishing of necessary safeguards and appropriate equipment for protection against injury.
