1 PRE-K SUPPLY LIST 1 dry-erase marker (black only) 1 dry eraser 2 jumbo glue sticks(purple if possible) 1 box of jumbo Crayola crayons(usually the large is 8 in a box) Please do not send in any more than an 8 count box. 2 plastic folders with fasteners 1 composition journal Boys only.kleenex Girls only.double sided tape 1 box of quart size baggies Extra set of clothes (one set for warm weather and one set for cold weather) in a Ziploc bag- labeled with name 1 beach towel(kid sized) to keep at school Backpack large enough to hold a folder but small enough to fit in a cubby - no wheels please - labeled with name We have many fun projects planned and the classroom is always in need of many things. Any donations would be greatly appreciated throughout the year: o Snacks pretzels, crackers, goldfish o Any extra of the above listed materials--glue sticks, markers, crayons, dry-erase markers o Any type of arts and crafts materials: stickers, pipe cleaners, pom poms, etc.

If you did not order from the SchoolKidz kits, please purchase these items to the left. 1 pair of headphones in a labeled Ziploc bag for your child to use in the computer and listening center. Please NO earbuds. An adult size t-shirt to use as an art smock One package of baby wipes- we use these to wipe down table spots- better than an over-soaked paper towel If you can send in the kind that come in the plastic container, that would be wonderful! I use those containers for so many things in the classroom- they are a great size! They are greatly appreciated! Please bring in the items to the left (they are not part of the SchoolKidz kit). In addition your child will need a full size backpack (the bigger the better and no backpack with wheels- Please label with their first and last name), lunch box, change purse, labeled envelope or Ziploc bag for lunch/lunch money. Again, please do not just send in cash without labeling it. All other supplies, and extras of these, can be placed in a grocery bag and I will put the supplies where they need to be. Please label the supplies that I have noted. This saves me time on those first few days! Sharpies work the best when labeling.

Over the summer it would be very beneficial to continue practicing your addition and subtraction facts (computer games count ), and to read frequently. Writing letters to friends and family, or keeping a journal about what you do each week is a fun way to sneak practice in too. The combination of the above will keep your mind fresh and ready to go when school begins. There are certain supplies that you will need for third grade. They are listed on the back of this letter.
