Frequently Asked Questions *When do we install and remove rental products? -For most rental contracts we install 1-2 days prior, and remove 1-2 days post. Rental fee for single date events includes setup and removal days. This works great for rehearsal dinners on the day prior and even morning after brunches. Some wedding facilities do require rentals to be off premises by a certain time the following day. Not a problem, we are a 24-7 service! (Multi-day events may have additional fees). *How do I know what size of tent will fit? -We offer a one-time FREE site inspection at your location. At that point in time we can give you our best suggestions for tent location, guest flow, dance floor layout, power, etc. This also gives us a great opportunity to figure out truck and trailer access, sprinkler systems, and any potential overhead problems with power lines or trees. *If I rent dishes from you, do I have to wash them after my event? -No, all we ask is that you or your catering company simply scrape off the plates and return them to the proper container. First with a preliminary layout based off your desired items and one revised layout with changes you wish to make! These free to scale layouts work great for numbering tables, seating arrangements, designing guest flow around cakes, dance floors, buffet tables and for catering staff. Check out our Facebook page to see more options! (Free service provided to clients booking full package rentals. $300 value) Pole Tent **Sectional tents are expandable in length. This allows you, the customer to have flexibility in tent size and length, allowing you to increase or decrease tent size based on your actual head count. The 1 piece tops do not adjust in size but a larger tent is usually available! 30 x Tents can be expanded in 15 increments, 40 x tents 20 increments, 60 x tents 30 increments. All of our tents are staked for HIGH wind loads. Free site inspection is usually required. All tents are setup and removed by our experienced staff. All jobs inside the Flathead Valley are delivered free of charge with proper truck and trailer access. We are absolutely not responsible for sprinkler, power, gas, telephone and other buried lines! 9 Linens-How do I know what size linen I need? It s simple really, most rental tables stand 30 tall. If you wish to have a floor length linen on a 5 round (60 ) you would add the height of the table (30 ) + the diameter (60 ) + the length back to the floor (30 ) = =120 round linen! If you wish to have a topper linen you just take the diameter of your linen the diameter of your table (60 ) and divide it by two. That will give you the distance your linen will hang down each side of your table. For example if you have a 90 round linen on a 5 (60 ) table you would take =30 /2=15 overhang on each side. It s as simple as that. Pipe and drape is a great way for you to divide a room, dampen noisy steel/concrete buildings and convention centers, cover a wall, create a hallway, back drop, haunted house or divide a large space for convention booths. Pipe and drape consists of base plates, uprights, support bar and drape. Available in 6, 8, or 10 foot wide sections, in heights ranging from 3 feet to 16 feet. Combine sections to create whatever length you need. Single or double sided booths. We have black, white, blue, silver, teal, gold, purple, green, and red in stock. All colors limited except black and white. Other colors available by request. Our drapes are a Poly Premier fabric (less transparent than banjo cloth).
