2 P.O. Box 1185 Tel Fax A hotel in Petersburg Alaska, with attached restaurant. The will be a hotel catering to the needs of visitors to the Little Norway of Alaska. It will have a restaurant in the same building, both providing quality service to our customers.

Residents of Southeast Alaska will also make up a decent percentage of our clientele, whether they are traveling for school sports, visiting relatives, or just want a place to get off the boat for awhile. The hotel will be located in downtown Petersburg, providing our customers with easy access to all that our community has to offer.

Box 1185 Tel Fax Organizational Structure General Partnership Management of Business: The management of the business would be easier, as responsibilities could be divided equally and according to the skills of the partners. Personal Asset Liabilities: The Personal Asset Liabilities is in most cases limited in a partnership, which provides more security than if you were the sole owner of your business. Taxation: The Taxation issues remain individual, with a minimum of two partners to share the taxation burden.

In my case, the sharing would most likely be about 50/50, which each partner getting an equal share of the profits for an equal share of the work. Capitalization: I expect that each of us would contribute equally to the beginning capital of the business. Sharing of Ideas: The Sharing of Ideas would also be about 50/50, with each partner getting a say in everything, but one that has seniority over the areas that they are responsible for managing. Survivorship of Your Business: Our business would have a good chance of surviving because there would always be someone to run it, and someone else to help them stay in balance.

The answers were 6 females, and 2 males. The females ranged in age from 16 to 56 years, and the males were both 18 years old. Question 2: What is the primary reason you travel and stay in hotels? I would enjoy introducing some of my family to the business so that possibly instead of having to sell the hotel when I no longer wanted to run it, it could be kept in the family, and in my partners families.
