3 Manual Actuators CR/CM Lever Design details 4 handle lengths: 165 mm, 230 mm, 300 mm and 510 mm CR lever: with polyurethane coating, thickness: 80 µm, colour: black RAL 9011 (P02) CR lever for gases: with polyurethane coating, thickness: 80 µm, colour: yellow RAL 1023 (P41) CM lever for marine applications: with cataphoretic coating (25 to 30 µm), neutral epoxy coating (50 µm) and polyurethane coating (thickness: 80 µm), colour: grey RAL 7016 (P62) The levers can be locked in 10 positions (2 limit and 8 intermediate positions). The levers can be padlocked (N.B.: padlock not included in scope of supply). 4 Technical data Application options The below table specifies the options available, depending on the top flange and stem interface of the valve. The handle length depends on the valve's actuating torque. The position of the handle indicates the position of the butterfly valve disc. See drawing. Two markings on the stop plate indicate the installation positions to be observed in order to ensure the correct indication and swivelling range of the lever. 7 Variants Options Padlockable Lockable by means of a padlock with a shackle height > 50 mm and diameter of 6 mm. N.B.: The padlock is not included in the standard scope of supply. TIR seal Lockable by means of a chain and pin slotted for the seal N.B.: The chain and pin are included in the scope of supply. AMTROBOX M limit switch boxes The levers of the "C" series can be equipped with limit switch box, type AMTROBOX M.
