7 CHOOSE A SERIES INNO5000 INNO6000 CHOOSE A Style CLASSIC DESIGN X-DESIGN CLASSIC DESIGN CUSTOM GEAR S T Y L E X DESIGN The added piece (on all three layers) of fabric in the underarm portion facilitates upper arm movement and minimizes rise both in the sleeve and coat when the arm is in an upward position. The Forward Motion Arm is made up of a semi set-in sleeve system that minimizes restrictions of arm movements and coat rise. The Classic Design is a proven and tested design made to fit all body types. It boasts a more traditional look while providing the firefighter with the utmost level of protection. A contoured arm cut is performed for additional ease of movement and comfort. Articulated elbows also increase the ability to move and provide a better fit. The X Design is our most recent design providing a shorter coat in the front reducing bulk and increasing the ease of forward bending movement as well as a longer coat in the back for added coverage when bending forward. Furthermore, the Enhanced Mobility Elbow facilitates arm bending movements. The X Design provides a modern look without compromising safety. The X Design offers the option of angled semibellow pockets with center pleats (6.5 x 10 ). The back pockets are deeper in the back than the front as the bottom of the pocket follows the cut of the coat hem

16 TPP / THL / CCHR TPP (Thermal Protective Performance): The TPP test measures the elapsed time for heat emitted from a radiant and convective heat source to go through all layers of a composite system and resulting in a second-degree burn, as it may occur in a flash over situation. The higher the TPP rating, the better the thermal protection. The TPP rating has an inverse effect on the THL value. A higher TPP rating is generally obtained with a thicker thermal liner. A difference in TPP rating between two different composite of less than 2 is not generally considered to be physically perceivable by a firefighter. THL (Total Heat Loss) This test measures the ability of a composite system (Outer shell Moisture barrier -Thermal liner) in evacuating moisture and heat from the inside layer to the outside layer. A higher THL value indicates a composite that has a higher capability to evacuate moisture. This helps the body to dissipate heat more efficiently and reduces the possibility of heat stress caused by the elevation of the body core temperature. In general, a higher THL will have an inverse effect on the TPP rating. A difference in THL results between two composites of less than 50 W/ m2 is not generally considered to be physically perceivable by a firefighter. CCHR (Conductive and Compressive Heat Resistance) This test measures the level of thermal protection in various areas subjected to compression of the composite (Outer Shell Moisture barrier Thermal liner).the test result represents the time in seconds for a temperature rise of 75.2 F (24 C) when a source of heat of 532 F (280 C) and pressure is applied to the exposed area. All INNOTEX garments are manufactured with two extra layers of thermal liner in the shoulder and knee areas to offer increased protection above the NFPA standard against compression burns. HOW TO MEASURE A C D H B G A B C D E F G H Chest - Measure around the fullest part of the chest. Take the measure loosely over clothing. Write down the exact measure taken. Torso - Measure over the arms at the fullest part of the chest. (Chest or biceps) Waist - Measure around the top of the hipbones (where the upper body folds). The waist line is usually aligned with the belly button. Hips - Measure at the largest part of the hips or bottom (whichever is the largest). Sleeves - Measure the arm starting from the center base of the neck (back), over the shoulder, to the outer point of the elbow, to the top knuckle bone of the little finger (where it joins the hand). Please make sure you take the measurement with the arm bent at a 90 degree angle. The hand should normally be over the navel. Height - Measure from the top of the head down to the floor (do not wear shoes). Outseam - Measure from the waist down to the floor (do not wear shoes).
