2 LAVAGLASS FIRE BOWL DISPERSION MATERIAL Add LavaGlass to any outdoor heating product to provide a more modern, polished and dynamic look. Our LavaGlass is specially formulated to tolerate extreme temperatures up to 1,292 F without emitting harmful chemicals such as smoke or ash, melting or discoloring. Each of our 14 glass options goes through a tempering, tumbling and polishing process to ensure safety and longevity in an outdoor heating item. This process prevents the fire glass pieces from becoming harmful even through years of use. With two sizes and seven color options, our LavaGlass products can be mixed and matched for a truly customized result. 3 VS PACKAGING TYPES Made from high quality glass, our polished round LavaGlass is put through a 5 step manufacturing process. It can withstand up to 1,292 F without cracking or emitting harmful chemicals such as smoke, ash or soot. Each piece measures ½" in diameter and is coated with a reflective luster finish to beautifully reflect any flame. Our round cut LavaGlass is available in 7 dynamic colors. Each piece of our classic cut LavaGlass is created from ¼" thick tempered glass. The pieces are tumbled to ensure all sharp edges are worn down and are manufactured to never emit harmful chemicals such as smoke, ash or soot. The naturally reflective coating beautifully enhances any moving flame to bring dimension to any outdoor heating product. Our Classic cut LavaGlass is available in 7 dynamic colors. 8 NATURAL ROCK NATURAL FIRE BOWL FILLERS Add natural lava rocks or pumice stones to any outdoor heating product to provide a natural, rustic and traditional look. Adding a small layer of lava rocks below LavaGlass is essential in creating the correct foundation for our gas powered burners. This provides a base for better air flow to the burner system, which enables a larger flame and higher heat output. We suggest the use of black lava rocks under our LavaGlass, as it is less likely to alter the appearance of color through the transparent glass pieces. With varying size, color and material options, our natural rock fire bowl fillers can be mixed and matched to create the perfect traditional result. 14 BOND MANUFACTURING CO., INC. 9 PACKAGING TYPES 10 LB. POLY BAG Each 10 lb. poly bag of lava rocks or pumice stones are sold with full color front facing packaging. The front of each bag shows a clear window cut-out for easy viewing of the contents and true product color. The amount of bags needed to fill a fire bowl will vary on product size. If planning to fill a fire bowl with LavaGlass you must first fill the bottom half of the fire bowl with lava rocks. This provides a foundation for better air flow to the burner system which enables a larger flame and higher heat output. Only one bag of lava rocks is needed for the bottom layer of lava rocks under LavaGlass. IF FILLING FULL FIRE BOWL... Each item style requires different amounts of fire bowl fillers. In general, gas fire columns need approximately 8.8 pounds of lava rocks to fill their fire bowl. This can be fulfilled by one bag of lava rocks. Gas fire tables require approximately 13.2 pounds of lava rocks to fill their fire bowl. This can be fulfilled by two bags of lava rocks. 10 Fire SPHERES VS firestones PACKAGING TYPES FIRE SPHERES Fire Spheres are a great addition to any fire bowl. They are designed to be an accent to a fire bowl, but not serve as an entire fire bowl filler. Fire Spheres are made out of durable fire resistant material and are molded to be a perfect sphere. Fire Spheres are sold in 5 packs, 15 packs and 50 packs depending on the size purchased. Each pack is enough to create varying designs to be displayed on top of a gas powered heating unit. Firestones Firestones are a great alternative to LavaGlass or traditional lava rocks. They are designed to be used as the entire fire bowl filler. Firestones are made out of durable fire resistant material and come in 6 varying sizes and colors. Firestones are sold in 50 piece poly bags; each poly bag is enough to fill one fire column. If filling a fire table it is suggested to purchase two bags of Firestones. POLY BAGS WINDOW BOX MIX AND MATCH Mixing the sizes and colors of fire spheres is an easy way to add dimension to any gas powered heating unit.
