Because one person s 20 below is another person s 20 above. We will say this, though: We tend to label them Blue Suit days or Grey Suit days. The dividing line is 0 degrees. When the wind-chill factor is above zero, most of us wear Blue (EDGE ) suits. When it dips below zero, it s a Grey (EXTREME ) suit day. Again, it s a rough rule of thumb.
