This boot is ideal for the Security Industry and can be worn comfortably for long periods at a time. The lining has been treated with ULTRAFRESH, to impart hygienic and anti-bacterial properties to the material. The Fibre Blend has excellent perspiration absorbency which manifests in a lower heat build- up inside the shoe resulting in a more comfortable boot for the wearer. The quarter lining is from an impregnated non-woven material with high abrasion resistance. The uniformly spaced eyelets with a smooth star setting, have been treated with a corrosion resistant gunmetal coating. The lace is braided and made from a polyester yarn with high abrasion resistance together with a central core for additional strength. Insole and Sock The slip-in insole is from a wool sock needled onto a polyester base low melting fibre backer with a nominal thickness of 3.5mm.
