The Gulf Stream vacuum-bond lamination process provides 540 lb. of pressure per sq. ft. and is monitored meticulously to assure each wall is laminated to exacting specifications of strength and quality.. THERMAL-PANE SIDEWALLS INSIDE ENHANCED CLIMATE CONTROL 1 R HEAT OUTSIDE COLD Note: Thermal Pane Wall Construction applies only to the inner sidewall studs. All perimeter framing is a full 1-1/2 X 1-1/2 aluminum tube. This greatly compromises the energy efficiency of the wall and allows hot and cold air to pass through easily. 4- These aluminum studs, without the thermal pane insulation, act like conductors, allowing heat and cold to travel into the coach, creating condensation on the inside walls. Gulf Stream has engineered its sidewalls using only the highest quality materials and the most advanced construction techniques. The result is one of the strongest, most durable sidewalls in the industry. While other manufacturers utilize some of these features - only Gulf Stream offers them all! Condensation 3 R HEAT COLD SOLID WOOD CABINET STILES Each KINGSLEY 5th wheel features beautiful solid hardwood cabinetry, hand-crafted in our own state-ofthe-art cabinet shop. Skilled Amish craftsmen turn out numerous styles of cabinets, doors and countertops each day. The kitchen and bath cabinetry of each KINGSLEY 5th wheel is crafted with the care usually reserved for custom residential US THEM cabinetry. The countertops feature real oak edging. The cabinets themselves are assembled using toenailed screws at critical joints rather than stapling. This method assures a cleaner looking, strongerbuilt cabinet. 4 OUR COMPETITION WOOD CORE: When there is a sudden change in climate especially four seasons camping, wood core has a tendency to separate at critical joints. This causes gaping in stiles and cabinet doors to sag, eventually the photo paper can peel away from the wood core. KINGSLEY: No photo paper here - just Solid high-grade stained wood!
